Thanks for sharing! Thanks for getting back to me on the F-loop remote tuning setup of yours. I live on a farm where the only HOA I have to deal with is Housewife On-my A**. All joking aside she’s a pretty good egg and puts up with a lot of my antics. I love everything about Chameleon but the price. I am on their mailing list and see their sales emails. Yes you get what you pay for. I’ll have to go through your videos and see what other Chameleon products you have reviewed.
I've been fortunate to review several, with more planned. Yep, my wife puts up with plenty....especially my being a RUclipsr.
Love all the videos!
Thanks; appreciate the kind words.
Very nice review video!!!
Very useful this review ... many thanks for sharing
Appreciate the view and comment; glad you found it helpful.
Thanks for the video!
My pleasure as always; was fun to work with a "new to me" type of antenna.
Thanks great video
Great gear deserves great videos. Thanks for the view and comment.
@@HOAHamRadio I live down that way I am over in st. Petersburg area. But up in PA right now taking care of my mom. Miss FL every day is pota in Florida.
@@Chuck1855 My family is from southeastern PA, I still travel there a few times a year to see my mom.
Every day COULD be POTA day...the dang bills neve stop coming and the real job is necessary to keep the lights on.

Thanks for the review of this antenna. I have lots of CHA products already and thinking about this one, so its good to see it in use. Looks like it tunes well on all the bands typically used for NVIS. Wish we could have seen some QSO's and gotten some distances logged. What would the performance difference be between the 5:1 and the 9:1 in the new batch?
No real differences between the two. The 9:1 can handle more power.
Did get two QSO's in and they are on the video. I too wish I had more time to do long term testing...but that HOA and small lot I live on just won't cooperate....
Nice Kit
It is indeed; it was fun experimenting with a "new to me" set up.
I bought this a while back, I need to test the 80M wires as it stopped tuning on 80M after the first few uses. It is fun to setup alone, but I am using a painters pole and not the fancy mast.
That FG mast is "fancy" - built like a tank! I do want to set this up alone some time just to see if it is easier or more difficult that way.
@@HOAHamRadioHi Bob, I like my CHA 12’ FG mast. I wonder if chameleon could come up with the ability to add 2 more sections to the base to make the base be 3” in diameter so you can still use the ports mounts. I sure would like to get the mast up to 15’. Bill
Do you know what the balun is? 4:1?
It's currently a 5:1 but will be a 9:1 for our next batch!
@@Chameleon_Antenna I'm very happy with my MPAS lite. trying to decide which way to expand with your system. thinking about adding TDL to this kit.
@@slappomatthew The TDL would be the logic way!
I wonder if we couldn’t do the same thing with a Hybrid Mini/Micro…
Yes you can!
Hmmmmm.... I'm sensing the need for a future test and demonstration!
I’d kinda be interested in the resonance without a tuner??
