Probably the most stressful project we've ever worked on. I had to cut out so much attempts and fails and prepwork but hopefully the video tells a good enough story. There is an anoint on Rings saying "Your Temporal Towers also grant you 20% increased action speed". And they stack to 40 % increased actionspeed with two rings. With a scarab you can get Cassia on the map and you could trap some cassia monsters behind frostwalls to never end the blight encounter for the uptime on the temporal towers.
Correct, you can also roll for "Area contains monsters that convert when killed" sextant and fish for a Haste totem, you can also pop Hunter's Lesson prophecy and steal a haste aura from a rare mob, and probably 5 more similar things you can do. We decided to draw the line there, it's been 1 and a half week of madness :D
I thought the MS would be permanent after killing a few mobs, in a map. The highest MS while standing is kind of a paradox but it’s still pretty good. It’s also nice that you’re still putting content whilst most of the other RUclipsrs are long gone. :)

so technically they could jump into an omega juice map fishing for a speed shrine then having a carry get like 200 headbelt buffs and then having empy stand next to him and grabbing the action speed shrine and doing the self chill + ll + w/e rotation but thats like very open ceiling with the cap highly depending on rng for a ton of haste hh auras and that sorta shit
Imagine submitting this build to Hall of Grandmasters. The grandmaster just zooming around without stopping and is so fast he's invisible. You just have to blindly shoot stuff and hope you hit him.
