EDIT: According to New York, since he is not behind bars (incarcerated). He is eligible to vote in Florida.

Truthfully, convicted felons should be allowed to vote. I recall there being something that says, “no taxation without representation”. In this day and age, there are a lot of people that are, illegally convicted of crimes they did not commit. If you’re an American, you should be allowed to vote whether you’re a felon or not.

That was overturned. He’s not a convicted felon anymore. The Supreme Court ruled that the trial is not fair. And that’s why he wasn’t sentenced because they can’t sentence him because it was overturned.
