- The Sonos Ace sound great! Here's my review. In this video I unbox the Sonos Ace, test the audio quality, transparency and noise cancellation, what they're like at the gym, their design and how they look, best features, comfort and battery life. Excellent review! Sub and Like added. I love Sonos but am still on the fence about these.
I wish we had a Sonos Experience store in this godforsaken town where I could hear TrueCinema mode for myself and gauge whether the reviewers who rave about it are just getting caught up in the moment. That is a lot of cash to shell out if the hype doesn't meet reality. Thanks for the review.
Well, just returned mine. To be honest I was very disappointed. Bass is lacking in a huge way and when paired with the ARC - volume at the highest setting is way way too low. ANC average at best, Transparency decent. I compared these side by side to Bose quiet comfort plus, Beats Studio pro and AirPods Max. My ranking - 1. Apple 2. Bose 3. Beats 4. Sonos.
I have the Bose and love them. Sound and ANC.
The Air Pods Max are just an incredible pair of headphones despite the price. Years after release they still sound better than most new headphones.

Could you compare these to something like the Audeze Maxwell nobody has and that I think would be the best comparison for Dolby atmos content.

WHICH ONE GETS THE LOUDEST?? NOBODY EVER ANSWERS THIS
Most people aren't looking for the loudest headphones.... We're looking for the best sound quality. All of these headphones from the Jabra 85h, the xm4, the xm5 get loud enough and you don't need to go past %60 or %70 for good listening volumes unless you have any hearing loss.
They're all very loud.
The problem with these is that they are so dang expensive.
Yeah, the price is pretty dang high!! But it’s cheaper than AirPods Max which they’re very comparable too (and which are reasonably popular) so I think they make for an interesting comparison.
Let me tell you something Sweetheart you are going to be disappointed as a person that has had/got a load including these SONOS headphones you would be better off buying the SONY, Don’t say i haven’t told you, P/S

Cheers! Yeah I think for their fans they can up their game (better compatibility and SONOS features) but overall as headphones these are awesome!
Very sexy but what to do about that lack of bass. If you want to experience hi res sound on speakers with a brilliant app go Bluesound.

I use transparency for when I am on phone calls, so I am not screaming. I know - who actually makes phone calls on a phone these days. Had to take the Sonys back because they were terrible for phone calls. Sonos sounds great - thanks for the review. Im sticking with the apple. breakfast pasta 🤣
