But, Allah also says in Surah Ale Imraan Verse 7 that some verses are not clear and it's interpretation is ONLY known by Allah. And Allah also mentioned in Surah Al Ankabuut Verse 43 "but none will understand them except those of knowledge" I wouldn't recommend to question everything. Most things have been explained and you should do your research but when it comes to things that don't make sense to you, it will be due to the lack of the human intellect and Allah is free from this.
