I had the unique privilege of seeing them and touring a few cities as Keith's guest in o6' and 07'. The sheer size of the stage and entourage is overwhelming.The Rattlesnake meet & greet with it's A lists of groupies. The music was as crisy as ever. Mick sprints before each show.. These guys are the absolute best showman ever, their music is classic. Listening just now to Keith experimenting with the riff...during the LAST SHOW; that's Keith Richards in a nutshell. Playing music from the heart and always learning.

When they were in their thirties my parents said. They don't get old. So many years later they are still one of the greatest.
Well, as a big fan, the sun is surely setting on Mick and the boys. I hope this was the last show of an actual tour. One more show in London in 2022 and then hang it all up.
Why should they "hang it all up"? They sound great. Listen to the audio without looking at the screen and tell me their age makes any difference. We all get old. Why not go out fighting instead of "hanging it all up"? When they don't sound good anymore, that's when to hang it up.
@@christheghostwriter I don't think they sound good. They sound listless and tired. The most exciting person to watch on stage is Sasha. I think she is 30 years old. Everything eventually has to come to an end. A 30-year-old Sasha playing with a 30-year-old Mick Jagger would be amazing. But going back to the band, it just doesn't feel right anymore.
@@User2718218 wrong. They sound great. By the way, how can a guitarist sound "listless" or "tired"? And Jordan certainly doesn't sound "listless" or "tired." Granted, the only song I watched so far was "Miss You," but it's a solid version. Again, I think this is you projecting. If someone played you the audio, and not the video, the only thing that would peg it as recent would be Jordan's drumming (and that's only if you have the ear for discerning his drumming from Watts' drumming, which the average person doesn't). I'm sticking with my position: you think they *sound* old just because they *look* old.

I've been a Stones fan since 1963 when I was 13 yrs old. At this point, their live performances seem comical to me. They should, at least do 'Lady Jane' and 'As Tears Go By'.

He has his 2 guitar players with him. After 59 years this is as good as it gets. No one else is still touring since 1962.
