This worked a treat. Thank you. My wife was going to throw the stroller before this fix.
Didn't have pencils with an eraser so I just cut a large eraser into bits.
Used a silicon multipurpose grease. Magic. Thanks again!

Great video. And great idea. I was getting some rattle noise from the front and saw the hole is probably a little lose. This will fix my problem.

Great video. Do you have an equivalent fix for a 2015 model Vista? It doesn't appear to have tags like the Cruz. I've tried disassembling the mechamism as per your other video but am still getting a severe wobble. Thanks in advance!

Our 2 years old stroller just started to be more difficult to rotate.I check It out and I saw that on Cruz V2 only have 2 "teeth" so even worse than in your case. I was thinking on add nylon disc to increase distance, but I like your idea. I wonder how much people deal with this problem everyday... I only see this mention on internet related to this kind of failure.

Thank you for this! Is there a part number or a link where I can buy new tab plates altogether? Thank you.

Hi. I just got the new Cruz V2. I want to make sure I maintain it properly. Do you recommend anything be done to prevent wear and tear right from the beginning?

Right on :) Yes. Lubrication is good to do right from the beginning. Here's our guide to lubricants: ruclips.net/video/-bVqJqdFKPM/видео.html

I don't unfortunately, but Uppababy is really good with customer support and keeping parts available, so I would recommend contacting their after-sales department. :)
