I remember my grandfather telling about loosing a casket to the ground in 1960’s when the ground didn’t hold due to flooding. It was a huge upset for him even though I’m sure it couldn’t have been avoided. He always showed so much emotion on his face about how it bothered him.. thanks for all you do for your families !
I've seen job advertisements for cemetery workers. When you look at the qualifications, they want the applicant to have previous experience in that type of work. For someone who really wants to work in that industry he doesn't have much of a chance. You can't get experience if you're not allowed to gain that experience. You learn by doing.
IIlliani I Have GREAT RESPECT FOR YOU! You Truly Have Great Respect for you're work! And Truly Respect for The Disiceive. I Commend You! You Truly are a man of Compassion and Respect! God Bless You!
The hearse in the video isn’t just a hearse. Note the beacon on the roof. It’s a combination hearse and ambulance, as most times in the vehicle’s heyday, small town undertakers also ran medical assignments, making the hearse/ambulance combination vehicle more profitable and suitable for small towns where separate hearses and ambulances would be unaffordable.
I’m sorry if this is too personal of a question, but if you were to go into this profession entry level, or even have the experience you do now, is this salary enough to support yourself and a family, or is it necessary to do odd jobs alongside of this? This job has peaked my interest however I can’t find a lot online for this specific position and I can’t get a good gauge on the salary. Not that money should be the focus for a job of this caliber but nevertheless it’s a concern of mine.
Beautiful set up as usual !! I was just thinking The track that is holding up the lid for the vault is sure holding a lot if weight in mid air ! How much does the lid itself weigh? ✌️🙏❤️
There's a takeaway for you here: Never use brand new equipment productively without a full load dress rehearsal. There are always snags and gremlins to be worked out. The higher the stakes you are working with, the more religiously you should take that rule to heart. Imagine for a moment using a new cable on your lowering device and it snapping in front of the assembled mourners, dropping the vault into the grave and spilling the casket onto the ground. Even if it means having to have a mock grave dug, that's still cheaper than the negative publicity from a botched service.
Listen up. A burial vault like the Wilbert Continental has a butyl adhesive seal, which happens to be a very strong seal, meaning no matter the circumstances, a casket cannot come out of the vault unless the butyl adhesive seal is somehow broken.

i can show you some tricks to setting that tent in stupid winds lol i dont mind wind to often tbh the worst part is getting the tent off the frame on windy days
Wilbert has way better equipment now...when I was digging graves Wilbert had some crappy equipment...embarrassing...all the funeral homes switched to superior vault company...this has nothing to do with Wilbert but we had winds pick up and half of a big oak tree fell on the vault truck making it in operable...my help was thank god okay but was trapped under branches and also thank god the service was over but yes it was a Wilbert truck
He 's showing people how things are things are done... it's not your loved one😢 keep that in mind next time you make an insensitive comment. It not your dime
@@jamesnemeth4041 Its done that way to suck all the money out of your wallet, you cant get more insensitive than that. Theres nobody in the casket its a dog and pony show designed to market gouging instead of cremation which they wont show you for less than one tenth the price. Its called emotional blackmail.

I was a cemetery grounds worker. Valt setting is hard. Don't you level up the Valt?

Love your Videos, does the Hoist have a Cable Guide on it? This would stop any overlap and this issue.
This guy is awesome!!!!!
Very pretty.
You have someone watching you, standing by the big tree in the back left. They appear when you're putting on handles. 😊
I went back and watched and didn't see anyone lol
I'll work for you guys and work for your company. How and where do I apply?
Have you ever encountered the simultaneous burial of a husband/wife or siblings side-by-side?

This guy is determined to show everybody the most expensive way to do this. $15000.00 worth of fluff, for $900 burn and urn.
You do things your way others do it our preferred way. It's whatever works for you. God Bless
To each their own.
