Does the overhead lights come on at night when open door?
Where is Battery located? Behind the passenger seat?

I am trying hard to decide between Buick AWD and Acadia AWD. Which of these 2 models has a more capable AWD drive for confident snow handling? Living on the upper west coast of Michigan, we face the same bad road conditions in winter as Minnesota does. Does the Acadia AT4 trim offer any extra advantage in snow handling compared to the regular AWD on Acadia and Buick?

I just bought a new 2024 enclave. With awd it does better in the snow than my previous 4 wheel drive silverado did. It's amazing in the snow. One thing to keep in mind though is that having good awd or 4 wheel drive can give you too much confidence to drive faster than you should in the snow. Because you have to remember, 4wd/ awd just keeps you going without sliding. It does nothing to help you stop faster on snow and ice. So just be safe and keep that in mind when driving in the snow. I chose the enclave over the acadia because it's bigger and has more interior space. The third row in the acadia is pretty much unusable and might as well not even be there. Even a small kid is gonna be pretty cramped sitting back there. The enclave on the other hand has so much more leg room that you could fit an adult in the third row comfortably as long as you balance the leg room between the 3 rows. For example, you don't wanna have the first or second row with the seats all the way back. But if you find a middle ground with the seat adjustments, you can fit 7 reasonably sized people of any age comfortably in the enclave. I don't think that would be possible in the acadia no matter what you do with the seats.

Thank you so much for your feedback. I am glad to know you are enjoying the vehicle. One big concern I have is when cornering on snow covered roads, even on my AWD Subaru Outback with snow tires, the rear end breaks loose and skids out and fish-tails, if I take the turn a little too fast, like anything more than 5mph. Do you experience rear end breaking loose when cornering a bit quickly on snow? That is our main criteria for snow handling, as my wife gets major anxiety attack whenever that happens.
Also, how do you find cabin quietness compared to the Acadia?
