I wish Canada could just build its own software companies... maybe we do have too much regulation but even that's undermined by letting powerful US based companies that smaller companies can't compete with take up root in Canada's biggest metros

@@anshu89 dude im in construction management i keep getting called for upper management jobs in Toronto all the time. unlike software and tech, the construction industry hasn't diluted itself. people aren't as disposable when move up high enough. most contracts get awarded based on who is in the management team. the cost of living in toronto is pretty high and convincing experienced seasoned professionals to move as renters is a tough sell. and not all can afford million dollar homes.
They closed all their stores in canada. They only opened this place for marketing. For the whole of canada... can't hate on them to much. Because gave 30 laptops and xboxs for community support 🦾
