For the money you’re pricing these properties, it’s cheaper to just stay in Florida with my farm and the beach . You should advice the owners as these aren’t conducive for retirement since there is no level 1 hospitals and doctors within driving distance nor groceries.

This is 2kms away from the new Calabarzon diversion road hence the price increased plus the fact Lipa City is a progressive city
