That's easy to manage with the possibility of earning some basic rewards while keeping focused on building smart financial habits & building your score. However, some people prefer to get more if their focus is on the rewards.
      There isn't a "right" answer for everyone, and there is not a set rule.
      After Year 1, you should be in good shape to get just about any card you like if you've built a score into the 700s.

      No, mortgages are not eligible.
      What exactly happens if you try it? I can't say as I haven't tried it.
      Bilt's internal team validates charges and ensures compliance with Bilt's Terms & Conditions.
      Not following the rules could have consequences. To me, it's not worth risking an account closure, points forfeiture, etc.

    If it wasn’t for me being in 5/24 jail and wanting to get more Chase cards, I would’ve had this card a long time ago!

    If my landlord only takes cash, can I send the bilt check to myself(to earn the points) deposit it and withdraw to pay him cash? (Extra steps I know but at least now I get the points)

    • @erick-_-65oo
      @erick-_-65oo Год назад

      As far as I know bilt them selfs send the check to your landlord ans you pay it off with them and get points

    • @MarkReese
      @MarkReese  Год назад +2

      I'm not sure why you'd want to do that? Bilt sends the check to your landlord for you & you still earn points.

    I wonder why no other credit card company is not trying to tap into that market BILT is a card worth losing a 5/24 spot for every day of the week

      Perhaps they are but we just don't know it yet 😁 It'd be cool to see the launch of a competitive card at some point.
