Mind blown. I've been experimenting making molds for a few months now, but could not for the life of me figure out how to do two-part molds. Thank you so much!!! This is going to change everything for me 😲😍🥳
Thank you so much, as someone who is about to start this journey, this is extremely helpful. Not only was the video informative and friendly, i didnt get the snobby "so you want to make dice" vibe , not even once.
Thank you for providing this tutorial! I'm just about to get into designing my own masters and had no idea how to approach making my own molds. :) Now I've got a clue. ^^
Thanks for the great video. How long can a silicone mold be used? And do you use Vacuum Defoame? I'm also planning to learn resin art. Thank you for being my inspiration.
Thank you! I typically get about 20-25 pulls from my molds before they really break down and get unusable. I don’t use a vacuum chamber anymore but it would absolutely work/help with removing bubbles from the silicone!
That is pure genius! Using Vaseline instead of double sided or any other tape is a great idea and a great time saver! Thank you so much for the insight! Do you use same process for the numbered masters, or is it a tedious process of cleaning up the numbers after the vaseline?
Thank you! I almost always make vented squish molds for my actual dice molds, but I have used this style before too and it does work. Regardless of the style I always tape off the bottom face of my dice (meaning whatever face is going to be the cap-facing) to protect them from any Vaseline (or clay from vented squish molds) getting in the numbers! It’s a life saving trick imo ☺️
Thank you for making this vid! Very helpful as I am new to the dice world! Also, I’ve watched all your other videos and it is so nice to put a face to the voice I’ve been hearing lol 💜
It's good to see more videos from Dreamy Dice. They are always enjoyable. 👍
Thank you so much!
Thank you very much! This is very useful content. We need more tutorials like this!
