We have so many different households associated with our Thanksgiving, that for about 10 or 15 years now we've used a pretty good strategy. One house hosts everyone, they cook 2 turkeys. 1 person cooks a ham, & everyone else brings 2 pies/sides . Alot of savory pies. Pot pies, potato pies, gumbo pie , béef stew pie, corn pie, meat pies &many sweet fruity pies too! My favorite this year was sausage tomato macaroni and cheese pie with bacon crumbles on top
This is one of the most amazing feats of eating I have ever seen in my life. I was just watching a video of Matt Stonie eating two Popeye's cajuan turkeys a few days ago, but you ate way more than he did. There was so much turkey left over when he finished, but you damn near ate it all. Now you have me craving turkey. I thought I was finished eating my Thanksgiving meal after eating it for four straight days, but now I just I'm about to finish the last of my Butterball turkey breast, a couple slices of my hickory smoked ham, some macaroni shells and cheese, and some of my mixed greens with hickory smoked bacon. I hate that I finished the last of my stuffing earlier today for lunch and don't have any left to eat with my late, late night dinner.
My favorite is the dark meat and the skin from the turkey. I hope you had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. One thing, turkey on a roll with some cranberry sauce is a delicious way to deal with leftovers.
😆 hahaha that story about that eater somehow going from 10 pounds to 11 pounds after eating from his tray made me laugh so hard he must've been devastated
Hey, I know it was a year ago, and I don't know if someone else already suggested this. You could have done a "thanksgiving" challenge that might have been a little more appetizing. Instead of 2 turkeys, maybe 2 of everything (including turkey meat) that you eat at Thanksgiving, all on one big platter. Like, twice the portion of mashed potatoes, and sweet potatoes, green beans, rolls, stuffing, corn, cranberry, green bean casserole, then top it off with 2 slices of pumpkin pie with either cool whip or ice cream. Kinda like Beard meets food does. I bet you can find a restaurant who makes all the trimmings and you can get it to go. That way you don't have to cook LOL
My family loves the skin! Im lucky enough to have a convection oven (works like a massive air fryer) and the night before, the turkey gets slathered down with butter, mayo, fresh and dried herbs (rosemary, tyme, a little sage), salt and paprika. I also pack it under the breast skin. Cook the next day, basting every 30 minutes and it is amazing. My husband calls it "herbalicious". It always turns out a crispy dark golden brown, and still tender and juicy.
Hi crazy cat lady I love the nickname I was wondering if you do put mayo in your turkey or was that a typing error? Just a question I’ve never heard of putting mayo in a turkey to cook although you do put mayo on turkey sandwiches so I can see that working. Just wanted to check with you because I’m gonna try it for Christmas. Thank you. Have a good holidays coming up.
How about doing a "Smothered Pork Chops" challenge? Make sure you use shoulder chops. Then make a pan of cornbread to go with it. Make the one that uses creamed corn in it.
Dude that was alot of Turkey meat you ate..IMPRESSIVE...👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽..the lighting is good..Oh also I love going to the Grocery store hungry. Tried going full(Boring)lol.. But you end up buying and spending Way More going Hungry though.😂
Great job eating the turkey Geoff. I am not a big fan of turkey so I only had one slice for Thanksgiving and that was all I had to keep up the great work and see you on your next video
Do a Thai food challenge... 💯👍 Definitely, pick ALL the meat off and save it for leftover turkey sandwiches.... Dark meat rocks! Especially smoked or deep fried (we do like oven roasted also).
Now if you get another celebrity eater filming, they would prolly act too macho. Well done man! It’s a beautiful thing to see talents with humility attached.
Now you can have turkey sandwiches later on....😂 Dang I can only eat two slices anymore! Great job on that carcass..... Now you have to try two roasted chickens under 30 minutes..👌
Turkeys take ages to cook and you cooked two.... how long did those take to cook? I've never cooked a Turkey because they are just so big (and expensive in the UK) and I'm worried I wouldn't cook it well enough and get food poisoning. 😳
Geoff, Geoff, Geoff, the best part of the turkey is the skin, you should of tried eating some of the skin with the turkey for the fat content 🤔...great job well done 👍...predict both turkey will be eaten 😉...next year try one turkey, stuffing and all the fixings so you don't fatigued of just eating 🦃 🤗😂😂😂
Geoff. Turkey consumption usually triggers alot of sluggishness sleepiness. I can't imagine the power it musta had over u after it settled. DID IT MAKE U GOO OFF TO TOTAL DREAMLAND AFTER?
I can’t eat skin off any animal. When I was little it traumatized me to think I was eating skin so I refused. I also used to think pizza looked like melted skin and blood so I wouldn’t eat pizza either. 🤣🤣🤣
Oof, yeah I imagine turkey is hard. All protein and not even much fat. On the positive it's even though it's a lot of calories it's probably the most healthy eating challenge possible.
Bless you Geoff. Must've left you a million (not quite 😉) comments today as I just discovered you today and been watching your videos. ❤🇬🇧 Something to make you laugh about Turkey.... RUclips Michael Mcintyre Christmas Food... hope it gives you a giggle ❤❤❤
The Turkey skin is the best part!!!
Nah fam
I cried when he said that
You can have mine. I don’t like it at all.
Gene, your right, just like chicken skin...💯👍
I agree. The skin has the flavor

Hello Geoff happy belated Thanksgiving the turkey's look great and the rest of the food enjoy it well am going to watch the video know.
Take whats left of the turkey, mix it with the gravy, add some mixed veggies, put a pastry on top and make a big pot pie lol
My favorite is the dark meat and the skin from the turkey. I hope you had a safe and happy Thanksgiving. One thing, turkey on a roll with some cranberry sauce is a delicious way to deal with leftovers.
Geoff, This was a great challenge again! Thanks for your effort!
Your new lighting really makes your 60's green kitchen tile "pop"...lol.
What about just doing Thanksgiving style desserts? Pumpkin dump cake, cranberry ice cream, sweet potato casserole, caramel apple dumplings. Yeast roll bread pudding or stuffing bread pudding. Lol Potato candy, Turkey bacon 🥓 dipped in chocolate.
I’d have to get someone to make them. But it’s a good idea!
Happy Thanksgiving, Geoff ❤ Turkey looks delicious.
cooks 2 whole turkeys... surprised they are steaming hot. love you geoff lmao.
I let them cool for 30 min in front of a small fan🤷♂️
@@geoffesper haha
I hope that there's some stuffing in those turkeys 😋 yummy way to go Geoff 👏 good job and keep up the good work.

Next challenge-turkey soup. There is a lot of good stuff left on that carcass!

I'll happily take care of the turkey skin for you lol I love it!

One of my favorite holiday eats is homemade Chex mix. I’d love to see a video with Chex mix!
Oooo. Never had it actually. But seems like I’d be super slow to eat.
You’re probably right but it’s good
Haha, I can't with this guy! He's probably eating pigeon and has no idea, lol 😂
Soo crazy I’m amazed every time

Pizza 🍕 calzone stromboli 💯💯👍for Thanksgiving 💯
Too bad you didn't have stuffing and mash potatoes. Those rolls look really good, but where's the butter? Not to mention the pumpkin pie?
Ooofff. I just couldn’t cook all of it.
