I was thinking the same thing...i was yelling at the phone while he was eating the bruschetta and the bread separately... then he says hes gonna look thru the bags to find something to put it on, ugh...so frustrating cause he really isnt very knowledgeable about food which is so ironic seeing alot of his life revolves around eating a crap ton of food, lmao... Drives me crazy!!!!!

LOL How many of us were yelling to try to get him to eat the bruschetta oneither the toast or bread and then I laughed at the end after he finished the last bite and said "ugh, I need some bread" LOL Good job Geoff. I like the mystery videos.
He also commented on how the garlic bread wasn't that garlicky right after saying the bruschetta was too garlicky. I wanted him to connect the dots. But he really knows nothing about food.

The toast or garlic bread (with paprika probably) was for the bruschetta. The bruschetta goes on top of the toast and you eat it flat as an appetizer. And there’s Ricotta & Mozzarella inside the fried ravioli. Great challenge. Thanks Geoff and thank you ladies!!!!!!

I have to agree with you on the room temp salad. Been trying to figure out why when I get a take-out salad it taste 10x better than when I make it at home. Figured out mainly with the lettuce in the cold fridge amongst some other veggies, it doesn't taste as good. WHO KNEW

He's pretty ignorant when it comes to knowing what kinda of food he eats especially in these challenges which is so so crazy seeing eating is what he does for a living( at least half the time anyways).

Those must be very fun for you. First, you get tons of different foods, tastes, textures,... It's not 15lbs of the same thing. And then, there's also the surprise effect, you don't know what it will be, you discover, then you try to figure out, and you test stuff you don't usually eat. It's like Christmas, opening packages you know nothing about.
Imagine Goeff's Tupperware drawer from all these mystery challenges, lol. Gotta be amazing!

Fettuccine Alfredo is very rich, it's just butter and Parmezane cheese and pasta. You should add black pepper though. And here, we don't eat Piccata (veal or chicken) as a main dish, it's a side. But Americans like everything bigger, lol. Great video Geoff and awesome job as usual.

11:15...Those were breaded, fried, Mozzarella triangles... When you ate the bruschetta topping and then immediately went to the bread... I was like Geoff, you're almost there! Just put the bruschetta topping on top of the bread... Even though the bread is normally toasted garlic bread

GEOFF , could the dish with lemon be veal picatta , a cutlet of meat cooked in a lemon sauce. Also made with chicken. Just a guess. It would have had capers on it as well.

What's on that bread is peppereika they mix it with butter and spread it on the bread and bake it that's the red color.
