The toast or garlic bread (with paprika probably) was for the bruschetta. The bruschetta goes on top of the toast and you eat it flat as an appetizer. And there’s Ricotta & Mozzarella inside the fried ravioli. Great challenge. Thanks Geoff and thank you ladies!!!!!!

I definitely love linguini; I can totally relate when you said you like sweeter sauce. I don't know if you have ever tried the spaghetti at Jolly Bees. The spaghetti sauce in their spaghetti is sweet and delicious. definitely my favorite spaghetti. Great challenge!
11:15...Those were breaded, fried, Mozzarella triangles... When you ate the bruschetta topping and then immediately went to the bread... I was like Geoff, you're almost there! Just put the bruschetta topping on top of the bread... Even though the bread is normally toasted garlic bread

GEOFF , could the dish with lemon be veal picatta , a cutlet of meat cooked in a lemon sauce. Also made with chicken. Just a guess. It would have had capers on it as well.
