Fly Fishing in South Florida with Artist Eric Estrada

Eric Estrada is a South Florida Native. He is widely known for his acrylic work on canvas, and his unique style of fishy art is recognizable around the world. Not only is he an accomplished artist, but he is also an incredible angler and filmmaker. You can find Eric throughout the brackish and freshwater canals of South Florida chasing Tarpon, Snook, and bass with a fly rod while documenting his adventures for his own RUclips channel, Eric Estrada.

🌴 So been following Eric for a while he go me interested on his 5 wt fishing , but I have seem Phelps on the fly videos to , I was happy to see you guys doing a colab , it’s a shame that the weather wasn’t cooperating, hope you are here for a while maybe get some more fishing in and some more vid’s , 😆 I can’t believe he forgot his rod at the house , and that he told you those were tarpon those were big tread fin 😆👍🏼. Color me clear I do the same out in west 954 my edc is method 5 & clear monic.

I was tossing a 9’ 6wt and an 8’ 5wt. However, my typical edc fly rod is an 8’6 5wt. I just left it at home. 😂
