I just picked up one of these in the EX trim in the Aurora Black color. I am loving it so far. Great little car. Comfortable, quiet, lots of features for the price and great fuel economy.
REALLY enjoy your KIA VIDEOS your great fun sales professionals that inform and explain all the great features of KIA vehicles and after watching the Niro vehicle Walk thru I feel like I have found a diamond in the vast field of SUV on the crowded market.
You pretty much sold me on the Sportage for my next vehicle, but I really want better MPG and interior space is not quite as important for me. I live in the hills of Oregon, and need AWD, and I like doing food deliveries. Thing is, the last time I looked at the Niro, it only had Plug-in and EV, of which I really don't want. So today I discovered this, and here you are. My two favorite KIA sales ladies. You do such an awesome job in these videos. 🙂
Hello, does this version still beep when backing up? Is there a way to turn that off? Also is there some king of Virtual Engine Sound when running at slow speeds on electric only? Is there a way to turn off that VES?
There of course is a way to cut the fuse entirely, but there is no button, at least in North America to shut it off temporarily. The VESS is an important safety feature designed to alert pedestrians and those around your vehicle of its presence. I would not advise turning the sound off due to its purpose. The sound itself is not intrusive to the driver. Listening to music and having climate control on is enough that you can barely hear it in operation. What’s more important is that people are aware of your vehicle, and not how you feel about it or if the sound is “annoying” you.
To add on, in my neighborhood, there are always children at play. The children and their parents use a car starting up as an audio cue to move them off of the road and onto their own driveways. My Niro hybrid or any other hybrid or EV does not have a traditional car starter sound. The VESS makes them aware of my vehicle and they move off to the side. This has proven helpful many times than not and it is in your best interest to leave it as is.
Speaking of trunk space we were 4 people with packing and a small dog that was safely secured in the backseat this summer in our 2020 Niro PHEV and we had no problem with space we had to have a few things in the front seat and back seat on the floor but it was not a problem as a fun sidenote my girlfriends dad opted to sit in the backseat when he didn't drive because the backseat is so spatious
I agree and congrats. I love my 23 Cityscape green EX Touring here in the states and no turning back. Hybrid is the way to go and love the tech and regen braking adjustments. I am now fully engaged driving this car and averaging 58 MPGs per tankful doesn't hurt here either. No complaints here as well. That 195 lb/ft torque electric motor assist gives me smiles when other cars try to go around me thinking this slow vehicle in front can't handle takeoff.....wrong!!! It does and then some! 🙂
I found out that is the only way you can once you are driving. Voice. You can't type it in.

11:35 Speaking of reverse controls I don't know why in my Hyundai the thumb level in the wheel to change radio stations is reversed, if you swing it up the radio stations do change by decreased numbers and if you swing it down then it changes the radio stations by increasing the station's number. I don't know if maybe it is that Koreans read or write vertically the order of numbers from top to bottom with the small numbers at the top and then the increments towards the bottom. To set an example if I have my radio in 100 FM and I want to change the station to 120 FM then on my wheel I have to swing down the level to increase the station number 😂 instead of the normal that would be to swing it up. Interestingly when I am using the cruise control its respective level on the wheel is correct, swing up for an increase the speed number and swing down to decrease the speed, then it becks question… Why to change radio stations it is at the inverse? 🤔.
Oddly, the lower trim level has a smaller infotainment screen with wireless carplay but no wireless charging. For some idiotic reason, the EX trim has the larger screen, WIRED carplay, and a wireless charger system. Makes zero sense.
Got 51,000 Miles on my 2023 Kia Niro SX and best car I've ever owned.
Can you please share your experience on how much regular maintenance costs?
@@nomansalimkhan the maintenance is pretty costly through Kia. Doing my 54000 miles maintenance and it's costing me about 2 grand
@@SkoolKidzNerd I think it's better to lease these cars.
Can't lease with the mileage I put on them. Driving about 1000 miles a week
Hello, does this hybrid car have a spare tire?
How is this on road trips that goes up mountains? Is she powerful enough to torque up the hills? And a note, your audio sync is not matched up. 🙂

Fabulous job!! Happy Holidays to you and yours!
Hello can you able to make kia niro 2024 sx trim level plug in hybrid? Please
Do you ever sell a spare with jack? How much is that?
comes with the jack
Can you please show how the rare seats fold ?
Sport mode is great if you live in an area with a lot of various hills and rises. This actually helps your MPG when you need it.
Yes! Thanks for sharing a perspective on real world driving!
I'd there a lag on audio on this?
I think they might've used mics but didn't sync it up properly with the video
This is Kia Niro EX, the SX a lots better but cost more money ! I got one SX touring Hybrid 2024. Love it nothing to complaints ...

Hello, does this hybrid car have a spare tire?
Must have Requirements, fits one Pat in the hatch!!! 32:30
Hello. Can I see the car?
Love mine.
I think the SX trim is less fuel efficient primarily due to bigger tires
Nope. The touring models are. I have an sx and it has 16" wheels. Ex touring and sx touring both have 18"
I average 58+ MPGs here in the USA on my EX Touring trim on 18" wheels. It doesn't affect it that much.
Can you input a navigation destination via voice rather than typing?
Yes you can!
I found out that is the only way you can once you are driving. Voice. You can't type it in.

Hi Ladies. Does this have the BRIGHT WHITE lights at night that blind other drivers? If not, I dont want the car.
....The specifics of that question😂...I understand the sweet revenge 😂. Someone's out for blood.
This reviewed version does not, just regular halogen projector lights
Still no wireless Android Auto/Car Play in 2024? Still no spare tire? Fail.

@@NotSoFast71This is one of the reasons I didn't buy the Niro. I was considering the EX Touring trim (in the USA).
It's like watching two school girls doing a car review
🤣😆 it would be a fun time buying a car from one of these girls
What I hate on my new Niro
1. no compartment for coins
2. no wireless Android Auto
3. piano finish is fingerprint magnet
4. glove box too small
Gabbi and sharla? ❤
U fit trunk
funny girls😅😅
