1 Small Yellow Onion, Diced
1/3 Cup Chicken Broth (Or Dry White Wine)
1/2 Cup Crispy Bacon, Chopped
1 3/4 Cups Of Heavy Cream
3 Cups Baby Spinach
Salt & Pepper
1 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan
1 tsp Corn Starch Mixed With 1 Tbsp Water (Optional) If You Like Sauce Thicker
