The bigger shield is, the bigger is surface to hit, i think it will be better to compress it because right now you are "catching" all EMPs😂
seeing those crosshairs move around is super cool
You should showcase how these parts perform in earlier sandboxes (in an atmosphere)
I'm most curious to see if the quantum rudders actually directly affect inertia (thus, making them great for something like a hovercraft or high-speed track car) or just provide a new kind of drag really only viable for space
I couldn't agree more, would be an interesting experiment
Yzuei could you ask the devs to make the quantum rudders toggle-able would make space crafts hybrids like proper space craft aswell as arcade style

what if you folded the quantam rudders in facing eachother? Maybe it would cancel out the effect

I'm definitely going to try and implement some sort of VTOL system into my spaceship, the way yours switches like that is too cool!
My spaceship auto stabilizes to stay at any angle and reset at will, so I don't need one

@@TheRealGimynus1 speed sensors with gimbals, allows for better first person and weapons targeting due to its special bomb launchers not having reticles

Day 9 of asking for an Torpedo bombers vs Shark on high seas. The bombers can only use on Large prop and have 2 torpedos that they can only be dropped below an set altitude. The shark can only use melee attacks and armor plates don’t count to the block limit. The controls get split like one player has pitch and yaw control and the other player has roll and bite/etc. controls.(sry if my English is bad I’m german)

I think 1 large prop isn't quite enough power, especially with 2 torpedoes per plane.

This spaceship reminded me MV-24 VTOL from Crysis series.
Your spaceship doesn't look like to the Vtol from Crysis but it just reminded me the good old memories. *:)*
I've already started building one myself a few days ago.
Left color coded blocks to be replaced when the airborne update hits.
But I also have normal jet engines on it, with logic to switch between the new engines, and the old.
@Yzuei You should totally go for a larger star cruiser build, like loads of guns and such with both space born and atmospheric weaponry.
imagine some chirpos just chillin and out of no were a star destroyer sized carpet bomber just hovering over your planet.
you should do an emp only fight, where you have to fly close to the ground, or in a dense area.
that way the randomness of an emp shot, will make you hit the stuff.
If you turn up your strength on the quantum rudders it will stop drifting so bad
Yes it will stop the drifting but it sacrifices your top speed making it a high risk high reward block.

An idea I just had: a beyblade spacecraft. What would be spinning you ask? The shields for one thing. This way, I think you can fit more than 2 shields so that when they EMP one down, you still have more up and not worry too much about coverage.
Already Yzuie hitting us with the fucking SPACE VTOLS. This is gonna be good.

you could use the rc glitch to make an atmosphere cruise missile; shoot it from orbit and send your target to the shadow realm
I commented this on your last vid, but bring the shields as close to your vehicle as possible, it helps not to get hit, and toe shield last longer the less it’s hit.

Yuzei you don't need 2 shield generators because in the build they show only half of the shield so people can adjust the shield to fit around the craft. Once you get out of the build mode other half of the shield generator will re-appear.

i can see that balancing shield and hull damage isn't that easy
that looks more like a vtol gunship than a fighter.....
If you can make your shield almost as exactly the same size as your space ship that would be ideal because a smaller shield will be harder to hit and disable
You have to build a Star Destroyer like Venator Class from.Star Wars, a Death Star killing whole Pirat Base with one Shot= One Tab , turret destroyed.
A Star Destroyer Battle , a Fighter/some Fighters against a Star Destroyer etc.
you need to change the shields to form closer to your ship, because having it in a big bubble causes it to block shots that would miss your ship anyway. its extremely inefficient, making your shields less effective.

Or see if shields block other players vehicles (Just test the shield in general)
It was already confirmed the Shield does not stop player made vehicles which means if you build your own custom weapon and launch it at a player who has a shield it will just fly through the shield and hit them. The shield is only designed to stop weapon projectiles and not Player Made Weapons (PMW's) Even if it is layered.

Wish there was a ai block or something like that so you can make a vehicle but instead of putting down a pilot seat you put down the ai block, which would control the vehicle to the best of its abilities, and have like the pirate ai so you can simulate fight other people using your creations.

Yes the Devs did say all other weapons work in Spacebound's (Space Sector) and i do agree rockets are seriously the way to go for those.

I'm super curious about the shield hit box, if you flatten it so it is a close to your ship as possible will shots miss or is the hit box independent of the visual effects?
I have seen videos of it and the Hitbox is dependant on the shield shape so if you have like a egg shaped shield it would be a little harder to hit but remember the guns always aim at the center of mass where the shields are since there the heaviest blocks (50kg each) unless your using the Rocket Engine (100kg each).
i was wondering if you could stack multiple shields to have a backup when one get down

Yes non space weapons work in Space the Devs confirmed that and yes the Laser weapons work on all maps. The only block that don't work in space is the Propellors (Obvious reasons).

All seats work in space. pretty much all blocks work in space only the propellor blocks don't work in space.

Yes the shield will stop ALL weapon projectiles (Minigun, Smart cannon, tiny cannon, tank cannon, rocket launcher and bomb bays) But it won't stop Player Made Weapon's [PMW].
