Today I attempt to make the BIGGEST cream puff ever to make Mash proud. The problem is... I have never done this before. I'm sure it will be an adventure.

You forgot how great of a Pastry chef Mashle is, that he can even make puff pastry out of the weirdest of ingredients.
I love that you show the trial and error in these videos. Baking is not always an exact science. Especially when you are making unusually large items. So glad it turned out so well second try. It look gorgeous and intimidating. I had a little smile every time you had to "mash" something.😉😁

Your creampuff looks quite decent for that size! ;)
In most bakerys where i worked, i am a Meister (Master) Baker from germany, we put an empty and cleaned tin can over the pastry.
That helps the pastry to become a much higher volume while it is baking. makes it even fluffier and lighter.
This way you can also use much less pastry for a faster baking process with the same outcome in volume. :)
I am totally aware that in this dimensions you baked here, a tin can or something equal in this size is hard to find.
Still, i hope this little tip of mine will help you with later projects or with your pastry skills in general.
Sorry for eventually gramma errors, like mentioned i am german.

Do you think a large stainless steel bowl covering it can help?
Hopefully I can visit your bakery some day.
I would try to preheat the bowl with boiling water or in a covenction oven to like 180-200°F. that helps with the heat deliverence through the thicker material.@R

I can't believe how good that Creampuff looks the Pastry looks flaky like a good pastry should.
And the Cream filling looks so good
What Chef didn't tell us is this was actually a Birria Taco video but it somehow turned into a creampuff at the end and he just rolled with it.
I made the deluxe, sweet pokepuffs, aka pokemon cream puff, form X&Y and i asked the same thing, "how do i eat this?" but it was good.😋
A big, filled and decorated cream puff really is the "how do i eat this" food. 😂

One thing I want to see is Nep's pudding from the HyperDimension Neptunia series (A Japanese Custard pudding with Caramel topping 🍮) in the games they show it in a Pudding pack with Nep written on the lid

Bro you're not going to get a dome shape with a ring mold since you filled it to the edges of the mold without leaving space. I thought you where going to use it as a bumper.
I did try to use it as a bumper, but the pastry was too wet for that much weight.
