Correction, Yuzu devs settled OUT of court. There was no win from Nintendo in court. Also, YUZU emulator was free source so its still available under different names. Fitgirl repacks also comes bundled with the most recent Yuzu standard and patreon editions.
@halometroid that’s true, but I do cover that in the video. I’m reaching because they still have the courts authority should the defendant default on any of the wording of the settlement. As for the project I’m well aware of it’s open source nature and I’m sure many will flock to the next iteration of whatever it’s called (Suyu comes to mind), but some aren’t just going to jump at the next thing, when a level of “trust” was built up now with the ones that technically can’t mess with another emulator that functions as yuzu. Also good call on yuzu versions still floating around
