Hi I’m Rick Shiels, welcome to my channel RickShielsPGAGolf. This RUclips channel is designed to help you play better golf, also to help you enjoy your golf more!
I specialise in golf club reviews, golf club unboxing, golf club news, golf club head to heads, and all about golf clubs.
I also want to make you play better golf by providing coaching video on all topics about golf, how to fix your slice, fix your hook, help you drive the golf ball longer, hit your irons more pure, hit your irons closer to the hole and help you draw and fade your golf shots.
I will also help you lower your score by chipping better by stopping you duff and thin chips, pitch the ball closer and also create backspin. Also I will provide you help to putt better and hole more putts!
On this channel I also make fun and entertaining golf content based on crazy and sometimes “gimmicky” golf clubs. I like to cut through the marketing hype about products and I like to give you the honest truth about golf equipment.

Can I just say, the addition of Guy to this series in a more "involved" way i.e. more shots and more commentary has been a genius move. Guy is an absolute gem! Really uplifts the videos even when Rick is on a bad day (not to mention Guy has been on fire recently!). Really makes you feel like you're there in a 3 ball with them
Keep Guy on these videos. You'll break 75 more often because his presence calms your usual ever-changing emotional state. He also provides you with someone to compete with on a friendly level, so you're more motivated to do well.

Been watching you since I started golf 2 years ago and I’m super thankful for everything! I learned more from you than any other RUclipsr/instructor. Your hitting and golf game is amazing. I think the only thing that holds you back from shooting below par is the mental side and recovering from a few poor strikes. You are hard on yourself. You don’t have to prove anything to anyone anymore :) we all support you and I promise that we aren’t going anywhere even if you do hit a slice ;). I've been trying a new thing lately and it sounds stupid but it honestly works. I've been trying to stay positive and say positive things about how my ball is sitting or what my seeing thoughts are prior to hitting. I feel like Rick sometimes talks himself into hitting a bad shot. Keep those positive swing thoughts!
Rick could learn something from Guy. Great attitude on the course. Accepts each shot and moves on. Always seeing the positive side even when he missed the putt on 18 his first thought is “I’m really happy with 73”. Unreal. Rick with Guys attitude would a force.
Rick's attitude is pretty spot on respectable if you ask me...
I love the channel and these types of videos. It seems like sometimes you try to force a shot shape when it’s really not needed instead of just playing what is natural for the day. It’s awesome to see your progress and process each round. Having the access to the facilities and stuff to get better is perfect. Everything is so close to being all together. Keep it up man

Love these videos. Great round by Guy. Rick, as you often do, you capture frustrating moments in such a memorable way, like the missed putt and you say "I just don't understand sometimes why it doesn't go in." These are moments we all experience, and your comments in these moments really resonate. So relatable.
It's crazy how Rick's lesson videos and product review videos show him chipping/pitching really well. But he struggles in this series. But, what a great series... Congrats Guy!
So pleased for Guy (despite him missing that last putt *insert head in hands/crying emoji*). Some great golf. Love his always positive attitude as well. Rick...you're clearly a talented golfer capable or shooting level par every time you go out, but it feels like you're defeated mentally before you go on the course and almost gets worse on the course with a lot of excuses and overthinking. I used to be the same. I learnt to let it all go and now feel so at ease on the coursel and when I'm out there, as frustrating as it can be, I'm grateful I get to play. Love all the videos. God bless

Guy is so good on these videos, encouragement is great to see aswell and Rick really needs to keep the heed .he's like me 1 bad shot or hole and it seems to stay with him for next few holes.
That was hard to watch. He caught a flier out of some wet rough. It happens. He just couldn't let it go though and let it compound into more errors and into the next hole. Needs to work on that mental aspect of the game.
Watching this as it’s 1 year old. Brilliant content as always! And the acoustics at this course sound thunderous !

I, too, am very happy with Guy getting more airtime on the Break 75 series! I saw someone else mention it, it does feel more like you're out having a round with some buddies. A good mix of banter and edification. I've always thought that the break 75 series should be exclusively Rick and Guy playing 18 together. I would like to see it go a step further and have Guy's shots and goals tracked the same way Rick's are. And I think Rick playing with head pros, caddies, tour pros, etc. should be reserved for a different series.

Just when I thought I couldn't enjoy break 75 anymore than I already did? This was the most enjoyable video to date, and Guy's contribution was immense.
I appreciate the work that goes into producing these vids must be so time consuming, but the end result is pure joy for the typical golfer to watch.
I have been so impressed Rick by your honesty and willingness to show how your game can frustrate you as it does with any of us who play this amazing game.
The relationship you have both on and off the course with Guy is pure gold, and it was wonderful to enjoy his rare day in the Sun. (oh that final putt 😞)

This video I truly liked because according to my knowledge of playing golf I reckon that this is what golf is all about, I refer to the all sorts of mixed feelings and mixed emotions that has been manifested on this golfcourse. I still feel very inspired by whatching these videos and I can not wait til the next video😉👍😁⛳️🥇
I keep being drawn back to this episode as the sound from each shot, especially the drives are so raw, just love the heighten noise from the club hitting the ball! Please do this in other episodes, is amazing.
