You're making it sound like Land Rovers won't depreciate like a rock off a cliff after a few years for the used car market.
here we go again negative reviews from people who will never own one cause they can’t afford one!!!! So they throw negative energy at RR…I have to say as a RR owner for 10 years I’ve had nothing but good experiences from RR….. The fit and finish is like no other……. bash them all you want…..there’s nothing like a RR!!!
Same…. Had a RRS and 3 Jeep Wranglers. Never had an issue with any of them despite all the “warnings”. New Defender coming soon.

Had my 90 D300 for 6 weeks now & without a doubt it definitely is the ‘Best 4x4xfar!’ JLR are just going from strength to strength & I can’t thank Tata enough… Fantastic & great for the UK
I think you need to ask the new RR Sport SV owners who are giving them back with multiple transmission box issues
I will happily sell you my Land Rover Discovery 5 with a 2.0 Ingenium engine…worth 40k I will let you have it for 35K. Fully dealer serviced….only had two engines, two windscreens, two transmissions, two inlet manifolds, two coolant systems…..absolute pile of scrap!
Had my Defender 90 now for 6 weeks & it definitely is the ‘Best 4x4xfar.’ It looks nothing compared to the Octa & I could never afford one but my 90 is a brilliant substitute. Thank you Tata for all you have done for the brand & the UK 🇬🇧..
Well this new Defender Octa based on a 110 chassis with a fantastic BMW 4.4l V8 engine which I enjoy it on my Alpina XB7 and therefore I can say Octa is the most powerful defender ever! 😎

interesting the door handles and door apertures are gloss, is the matte finish a satin wrap/ppf?
Yes, it's a clear satin PPF over gloss paint.
I love this car, was considering a purchase of the V8 and now I’m enthused by this one, but I still have this whisper behind my ear about its reliability with electronics. Would I take it on a real solo adventure in remote territory? Ummmm difficult, as I’ve heard it cannot easily be towed and only taken to Land Rover on a flat bed. 😬 Is this still the case or has LD fixed this?

The Octa does also come in 90 format, you were just at a venue that did not have the 90 version. Also, the 90s were seen all over social media during testing phase.
Yes we saw during testing a high performance 90, but we have not seen any preproduction models, only 110, what are you basing your comment on?
@newdefendermods my bad, i thought i saw one, but i just double checked now and realised the presenter of the video was standing in front of the B pillar and blocking it.
All LR has to do is work in their QC. Theirbrep for reliability is still too spotty...

In australia most 4x4 have snorkels, would that be possible to mod on, due to that big air intake at the front because i just imagine so much sand going in there. lol
