Can you and Chris do another "Tips For 2-Hands" video, but more about push-away timing, or hand/arm placement on the ball?

I miss Mondays with Mikey. Bowl DMC forever!!! I also miss seeing JRags. I like going to my PSO to let him know when I win a tournament or throw an honor score. - Darren always said that you have much natural athletic ability. Good luck with golf. Maybe a Golfing with Mikey segment in the future... that would be a long show though, maybe a golf recap. ❤ 🎳 ⛳️

Hi Mikey, don't blame you one bit for choosing to do what you love. Family, Golf and bowling ! The PBA tour is such a grind for $ and no time for family etc.

Great job answering the Q & As! I'm surprised that you didn't mention the pattern difficulty at all for PBA Pros. House Shots are INCREDIBLY forgiving, allowing for massive margins of error. Miss outside? It's dry, so the ball will get back. Miss inside? More oil so the ball will hold. Sport Patterns are a whole different animal. Really liked that you talked about the difference in ball roll on that topic as that is rarely touched upon when answering that question.

I think the professionals are also very good at not only reading the lanes but also knowing what adjustments to make and getting to those adjustments quickly. I have a ton of respect for what they are capable of. It is really astonishing.

Great video, very honest. I would like to ask you a question. Do you think 2 handlers have hurt bowling. I am an older bowler and I am too old to try to change. Now when you watch ball reviews and new bowlers it seems like there are more and more 2 handers. When they throw the ball they have such an advantage with strike percentage it’s unreal. It’s like if they can even get close to the pocket they strike where the one hand bowlers have to be near perfect or they get hosed.

I must admit to being a little bit disappointed that you don't see yourself coming back on tour at least for a few events. Always enjoyed your game (effortless power and super clean release). Keep up the local tournament content so I can still enjoy it. Ditch the two-handed game as you definitely don't need it.

Here's a question that I don't think gets asked a lot. Are there any tips you can give about hesitation at the line? I'm a 2 hander and It's almost like I'm scared of letting go of the ball. Only way to describe it is that my approach transfer to release has sort of a 'hiccup' before i let go. Is it timing related? Or is it purely mental? Really want to be able to consistently transfer the momentum without the start/stop. It's more prominent in my sparing strangely enough.
Could it be the fear of looking bad by missing or guttering? BEFORE I even throw the shot?

you talked about your ball sometimes doing the same thing as the other. So is it okay or good to have all your bowling balls the same layout or is it better to have different layouts?
