my father had onenamed Scooter---yea i know, typical-- that was mixed with australian sheep dog, so it had the bark and color but shorter legs....I want one so bad and won't own another other pet of any species. They are such good loyal dogs and no way anyone is getting near the house without you knowing either...perfect dog, period.
My bluetick makes the walls vibrate when he starts howling. He sleeps with me, everyone said he would be "ruined" if he was treated like a housepet, NOT!
It depends on the bloodline. But it also depends on how much time you have to work with them. The more you work with them the better they will be. The mom of these pups was all natural we didn't really have to train her to do anything, it was all instincts.
i have a bluetick coonhound puppy too, go to my channel to see a video of her. i will upload another video about her soon! her name is molly and i got her at the fair last feb. shes as crazy as 100 2 year olds and runs in circles and bounces off the couch like a skateboarder does! lol i love her evn though she gets rough!! and she hunts like you would never believe, its INSTINCT!!
