Hi Adam, hey the Lysol Disinfectant wipes are specifically designed to sanitize surfaces, such as countertops or your cellphone, etc. but not to be used on your skin or body. Use hand sanitizer for that or soap and water please. To prove this I cut and pasted this from the Lysol website: "Lysol disinfecting and cleaning products are for surfaces and not for personal use. They cannot be used on the body or on food and always should be used as directed." Jamie

Robbo... I don't get to see much of the world at all either, but I have quite a few travel vloggers on you tube that I watch. Lots of good travel channels out there, that helps a lot with my wanderlust! At least we can see the world vicariously.

I have never been to Venice Beach so, this was a fun look without the crowd of people normally there. Spencer and Katie make a nice couple and I like their electric scooters. Their dog was cute, so laid back and well behaved. Overall a very nice outing on a very nice day!
Adam FYI - Lysol disinfecting wipes are for disinfecting hard, non-porous, non-food contact surfaces - not used on your hands - states on container not intended for personal hygiene. Since it is not intended to use on your hands, the caution also says "Wash Hands After Use". You'll want to stick to hand-sanitizer when you're on the go. Ok - I'll get off my Public Health Professional soapbox - great VLOGs - keep up the great work Adam.
Thank you Adam for introducing us to Spencer and Katie. As I commented to them, I’d love to do on my channel what y’all do except with my flight students and other flying I do. I like flying vlogs but I spend way more time watching you and Jacob the Carpetbagger and now I’ll watch Katie and spencer. I like the flavor of how y’all do what y’all do better than most flying vlogs. I hope I can just figure out how to bring y’all’s style to my flying vlog. As far as the lenses fogging up with a mask, I'm an ER nurse wearing a mask for 12 hours at a time, this works- Immediately before wearing a face mask, wash the spectacles with soapy water and shake off the excess. Then, let the spectacles air dry or gently dry off the lenses with a soft tissue before putting them back on. Now the spectacle lenses should not mist up when the face mask is worn.
I am a UK viewer watching this on a rainy day. Thank you for this trip down memory lane. I visited Venice in either 1995 or 1995, whichever was the year after the earthquake. I live in the south of England in a town called Brighton which has a similar vibe to Venice so enjoyed our visit very much. The rest of L.A. was quite disappointing by comparison. Love your bike trips. I only discovered you recently after watching some of your Disney explorations. Look forward to when they can return. As we say in the UK at the moment 'stay safe'.
Beautiful. I lived in Escondido, California in the early '90's. Went to Venice Beach one time..so incredible to see..in it's business of people at the time..of course. Love seeing the peacefulness there at this time! Who knew we would ever see it?! And you are getting to share this unique period of time to the world what Venice is like during Covid19. Historic! Love it..thanks so much!
That cat is right about the Venice Pavilion. There are still concrete tables and benches buried under the sand. The two graffiti walls were part of the structure.
Last time I was in venice beach was 1989. My ex-boyfriend & his family lived there, we drove all the way from Tennessee to there & back. Thank you for the memories adam!
Adam, try using a mild liquid soap on the lenses, rinse soap off , then let them Air dry completely. Do not wipe dry ! When completely dry, then gently rub the spots off with a soft towel. This leaves a thin coating that helps a great deal. The hardest part is waiting for the hem too dry, if there is any moisture on the lenses when you rub them with the towel it removes the film. So you will want too do this well before you leave the house. Hopefully this will help you see better while cycling. Stay safe.

It’s “Weeder.” Joseph Weider was from Montreal, and not only was he a gym/body building enthusiast and entrepreneur, he was a collector of Napoleon artifacts! There’s a Weider section of the Museum of Fine Arts here with lots of Napoleon stuff, including one of his death masks and furniture! Thanks for continuing to share everything with us!

Thanks for taking the trip, Adam! One of the things I miss most about living in Southern California is weekend excursions to Venice Beach. Loved going to Penny Lane records, buying tie-dye t-shirts from the weirdos (this was the late 80's/early 90's and I fancied myself a hippie), and just people-watching in general. Crazy seeing it so empty.

I get why they have to do it, but filling up the skateparks is a little much. Saw a cool story of some skate kids who dug up theirs and cleaned it up to skate. They were all distanced, it was pretty cool. The DIY of skate kids, you can't kill that attitude. Don't get me wrong...I get WHY it was done, just sucks to see fun taken away for kids. Hi Adam, so happy to see you out and about in beautiful Venice Beach. I been there back in the 1980's. Now it looks like a ghost town. Everywhere I go there is less people now. due to covid 19. Still recovering, hopefully California will get normal again. Stay well and it was awesome to see the skatepark, muscle beach, and the cool Venice Beach. I used to buy handcrafted jewelry at the Venice Beach vendors years ago.

That's right, that's right....they took my mural down cuz i moved to the red apartment. In my head i hear the Jetson's sound for Katie & Spence's scooters zoomin by. That burger had some super thick cut bacon...mmm mmm & that was 1 of the disney submarine gulls wanting some of that huge chicken sandwich.

Just soap & water. That hand sanitizer is toxic reduces your immunity and dries out your skin making you even more susceptible to infection.

There’s a paste you can clean your glasses with that is anti fog it’s usually in the sporting goods section for skiers and hunters

You better believe i enjoyed this episode or vlog or whatever you want to call it Adam and i will say any vlog with you is awesome because there’s never a dull moment with you now i will say it was awesome seeing Spencer and Katie hanging out with you and the three of you had me laughing so hard and even Arnold Schwarzenegger made me laugh come on come on look 👀 into my eyes make me laugh come on come on make me laugh and also your food looked so darn good it was probably music to your mouth and yes it was very interesting to see what they did to barricade areas so people would stay out so thanks again Adam for a beautiful day around Venice Beach and with that be safe out there and I’ll see you on the next vlog adventure

That's right, that's right....they took my mural down cuz i moved to the red apartment. In my head i hear the Jetson's sound for Katie & Spence's scooters zoomin by. That burger had some super thick cut bacon...mmm mmm & that was 1 of the disney submarine gulls wanting some of that huge chicken sandwich.
