I apply Cocoonioon hair oil, wash my hair, use a hair mask for my hair and scalp, and apply conditioner once my hair dries. In the evening or after washing, I use a few drops of Reactivate Hair Growth Serum by Little Extra every other day. On the third day, I rinse my hair and reapply the mask if needed. The fourth day is for the serum, and on the sixth day, I wash my hair again. This routine helps me stretch the serum for about 2 months. In summary, I'm delighted with this serum. My scalp feels great, my hair loss has reduced significantly, and I can see my hair becoming thicker as time goes by. To conclude, I'm really happy with this serum. My scalp is in good shape, I'm experiencing less hair loss, and I'm noticing an improvement in my hair thickness every week.

I am eating a very nutritious diet every day. I’m also taking 10,000 MCG biotin. Also, I am applying 10% minoxidil along with derma roller, and I also went to a hair doctor which gave me some tablets. I don’t exactly know what’s in those tablet, but he’s just me to take those like twice a week. I’m doing all this, but I’m still facing hair fall, so do you have any recommendations or suggestions for me that I can do or try not to do? Also like you mentioned about the shampoo, so I use a sulphate and paragon free shampoo, but I’m after watching your video. I’m not sure what should I do? Should I go for sulphate or sulphate free? So can you please provide some information on that, I would really appreciate it, thanks.

I am at Stage 2 , visible gaps between my hairs is seen with clear eyes.
What i conclude from the above video is - to Start applying minoxidil 2% and Derma roller with the use of Rosemary oil / coconut oil and continue it and don't want to use finasteride and dutasteride (so trying to go towards natural DHT blockers like- Carrot,Tomato,Egg,Banana, Pumpkin seeds etc) because the finasteride and dutasteride causes sex related problems so that's all.
so from above uses of oil, minoxidil and roller, can I see visible results.
