HUMPBACK WHALES GORGING ON BAIT SCHOOLS CLOSE TO CLIFFS

When you get off the beaten track and get out of your comfort zone, life or Nature always reward you for your efforts.
After a logng and hard walk I found a beautiful spot along the coast with breath-taking views and after a short while I spotted 2 whales cavorting happily as some guys in a small boat watched on. suddenly 2 or 3 huge shcools of little bait fish formed and the whales got stuck in for lunch, along with Gulls, Gannets, Terns and one hard working Sea Eagle. As quickly as they came, they went and the whales departed .
Please forgive me for the less than wonderful filming but I hard a very hard time locating the action through the small vid camera screen as the sun shone on it annoyingly.
Despite the poor cinematography i think you will enjoy this marvelous natural occurrence.
