I've noticed cheap mechanical watch movements, if they don't die, tend to improve with age. I wonder what's the rate on your watch today. Good video. Thanks.
I’d never heard of Merkur before, but that seems astonishingly cheap for a mechanical watch. And a signed crown too! The accuracy is fine for me, particularly for the cost of the watch. It will be interesting to see how it’s running six months from now.
Thanks. Yup for around £50 there’s a lot to like. But actually China have quite a few brands doing the same thing. It just shows how a mixture of cheap labour and high-tech can result in something incredibly good, and good value.

Mine runs around +30 sec fast/day. No complaints tho. Still ok for a cheap mechanical watch.
