These Pakistani Wagons must be carrying a couple of ton of metal decoration without considering the carrying capacity. Combined with rough roads, No wonder they break so many axles. I've never seen such a bad repair, the axle had already been previously welded and the weld had failed. The able should have been put on a lathe with the old eld machined out, then both parts dowelled and pinned together, trued and then welded back. But I've never see an axle with so many previous repairs but its the usual make do and bodge the repair. It might last a couple of months.

Not much. Too much restrictions and regulations.
@@Sapnek get a new axle housing rather than repair the repaired repair again
If they are so skilled they would invent better tools..
A lot of contaminant , they dont even know the most important for doing drive train job is cleanness
@@holeephuk Go on, try and say something nice.
They have a lot of experience repairing broken parts with homemade tools and just plain hard work. They fix things that should never really break unless they are overloaded way past any designers imagination. I just wonder how they broke the axle housing in the first place. job well done, nice finish weld.
man these guys are certified professionals. love the craftmanship, very amazing work ethics.
Not only did I instinctively cover my eyes while he welded, I swear I could smell gear oil and bearing grease through my phone. Great job, all in a hard day's work 👍 👏 👌 💪
I covered my eyes, too. The smell is stronger with a bigger screen. ;-)
The man is an excellent welder!
sitting under that bus like that with those little jacks...balls of steel.
No kidding.
Ihr seid echte Helden.Dass macht euch so schnell keiner nach.Super.
"Don't throw that axel away...we can get 200,000 more miles on it!"
😄😄
.....before repairing it and getting another 200,000 miles.
To hell with that axel, these guys will make you a new one out of hammers and welding sticks

More like 2,000,000
it's a great job! repair shop is a good Business in Pakistan , if they keep on their loads over the capacity limit of their truck
Did you see that spring stack lol
A well presented repair.I learned lots.Thanks,Greg in Canada 🇨🇦.. 😊.
These guys are very very Hard working mechanics without all the special tools and lifting jacks that we have in Our big mechanics shops here in the USA KUDOS TO THESE MECHANICS!!!
My father works with this here in Brazil and I have never seen these tools in any workshop here, congratulations, they are very ingenious.
All done without crazy overpriced snap on tools lol wow this must be triggering for some …love these videos you guys are putting in an honest days work every day ,
It is good to see everyone wearing there safety sandels.
My man was laying the rod to it!!! Good welding brother.
This is good work. I only wish there was more done to clean the metal before welding and to remove dust before assembly.
I work in a Kenworth plant, this wouldn't pass QC thats for sure.
i felt the same. QC is an alien concept in this part of the world.
@@jasonmartin9584 yes, and for all that, look at all the mechanical failures we still have in the USA, loads of engines falling apart. Overloading and really bad roads maybe a bigger reason for axle failures.
the guy standing on the pipe to tighten the bolts really was the grand finale : )
I changed the oil on my car the other day and felt like these guys. I was so happy
We live in such a throw away economy. Good to see these guys don't waste anything.
lets not forget that the temperature there is between 40 and 50 degrees celsius
That comes with a 5 year 50 foot warranty; whichever comes first.
That’s a 5x5 warranty. Five feet or 5 minutes.
😅😂🤣🤣
@@earlharman2040 1-2 warranty, once you take it- too bad.

Those boys do fine work. That is better than some of the work I've seen here in the States. And that was under more scrutiny.
The ar Pakistani
@@usamahamza15 😆👍
God bless you
Very resourceful. Imagine if they had a fully equipped shop...with air conditioning. If I hit the lottery I would buy them one and film a reality show.
They would destroy the shop in less than a month
@@colt098 hahahahah
They would loose all customers , since in that area, most prefer their current method, and dnt trust anything modern or that they deemed as easy work.
You can show them the proper way and explain perfectly with math and tests and every video available and they would still not rust your method, because they are accustomed to only one method, and in their minds , that is the right way of things. For most there anyways.

😯😯😯😯😯😯😯😥😥😥😥😥😥
The craftmanship is second to none, given to tools they have, its not only repaired but also reinforced so the axle housing is stronger than original! I'd love to find out what they charge for a job like this too...
I love how safe they are!
No food if you don't work, both ways dead
There is no quit in these men here. Job is survival. I praise their dedication and work ethic. Wish some of our workers here in the US understood the value of hard work and hard work ethic
Seriously, who gives a dislike to a video like this. Dudes working hard.
Thanks for your appreciation 😊
Eita povo trabalhador, parabéns aqui do Brasil 🇧🇷👏🇧🇷

These Pakistani Wagons must be carrying a couple of ton of metal decoration without considering the carrying capacity. Combined with rough roads, No wonder they break so many axles. I've never seen such a bad repair, the axle had already been previously welded and the weld had failed. The able should have been put on a lathe with the old eld machined out, then both parts dowelled and pinned together, trued and then welded back. But I've never see an axle with so many previous repairs but its the usual make do and bodge the repair. It might last a couple of months.
What a great job guys making things from nothing is something fascinating. I do enjoy watching those videos and the art you guys do not many people can do. all love from 🇸🇦
