Great video! I've had or do have most of these breeds and in my opinion the Black Australorp are the best Layers & Mothers I've ever had. I'm wanting to get more because a stray dog killed all of my Aust. Hens but anyone just starting out with chickens or wants chicks raised by mom can't go wrong with them.
i think the title of this was supposed to be 'most popular' instead of 'best' because you cant compare a breed for eggs with a breed for meet....and also the breeds that are good in free ranging can never be compared to either breeds for meet or eggs
