I've never heard vintage Slingerlands sound that ringy! Usually they sound pretty dead but these are very sonorous and open. What kind of heads are you running?
If that's a 60's snare drum you must be using a rubber band to hold the strainer in place. Look out from Buddy Rich throwing that across the room as it turns into a Tom as he's playing without the magic rubber band
So seriously you have to be on some other recordings being able to play like that. Keep investing in your channel and you will have millions of subs, no joke.❤
