Penaltea Island is the only acceptable island name. It has the tea pun. It has the word play. It even includes the name of the code many of its guests will be sentenced under. A few missed opportunities here tbough: The prison needs a water tower (it is a bit of a trope and will boost water supply) and possibly a police helicopter depot (any would work but that one is thematic). The fish factory could have been included in the prison as a prisoner work program. The last area of housing should have rural roads and green housing to reflect the more self sufficient nature of the people living there.
Biffa, The prison gate/toll with the fencing should be on the main land with the tunnel direct to the prison only. Residents and cargo can then use the port without the need for a secondary road connection to the main land.
It could be as good idea to add another road branching off the underground part that goes to the mainland. Set it up so only emergency vehicles can use it
The purpose of Alcatraz was to make a prison so secure, grim and forbidding that nobody would want to end up there. This is more like a holiday resort. Come to think of it. and also for console players
@@eyetok_alot console plyers are vanilla too ryt?
And its made by bad peanut, the proud creator of another content creator pack. If you are reading this, pls collaborate with paradox again to bring this to vanilla
@@alienamzal477 yeah, consoles are vanilla, but if something is added for pc, it normally is much later or not at all added for consoles
Biffy: puts water in roundabout
Also Biffa: puts land in ferry go round
call it "tea leaf island" playing on cockney for thief
For Attica Prison in NY, you can call it "AT-TEA-CUP" Prison, Island & Park.
A prison, please don’t tell me Hugo has done something wrong...
Hugo just got his own little island in the Ferry-go-Round
"Hugo straight to prison. Do not pass go. Do not collect £200."
"Hugo did some naughty things on the internet but forgot to turn on Nord VPN..."
"Coffee Containment zone" or something similar would be hilarious!
Hope you doing alright Biffa! Ready to watch a new video during lunch again!
Penaltea Island is the only acceptable island name.
It has the tea pun.
It has the word play.
It even includes the name of the code many of its guests will be sentenced under.
A few missed opportunities here tbough:
The prison needs a water tower (it is a bit of a trope and will boost water supply) and possibly a police helicopter depot (any would work but that one is thematic).
I'd definitely enjoy the prisoner's overlook on my morning dog walk
20:05 I'm not a fan of stretching water across the bay when all you have to do is connect a couple of water towers
It could be as good idea to add another road branching off the underground part that goes to the mainland. Set it up so only emergency vehicles can use it
Yes! I'm Early! Haven't watched cities skyline in ages aswell lmao
The purpose of Alcatraz was to make a prison so secure, grim and forbidding that nobody would want to end up there. This is more like a holiday resort.
Come to think of it. Imagine being banged up for life and looking out on all those jolly people strolling round the parkland... such exquisite torture!
Run for your lives! The Marquis de Biffa is amongst us... aarrrggghhhhh!!!
😅
"The perp walk" Name for the walking path park by the prison
30:36 looks like the trees are also enjoying the music
The island definitely misses a cargo barge connection
I like it, but more then Alcatraz I would remember the Island of Asinara in Italy, where there was the prison for the Mafia most wanted criminal, a prison where no person ever escaped. There not only there was the prison, but also a safe place for the procurators to hide from killers, where Giovanni Falcone prepared the biggest trial of all time.
In memory of them, I would call the island Tenara, the fusion of Té (Italian for tea) and Asinara.
