So I've seen people asking in the comments and on discord how to do Raven's iWS2. There are multiple methods so I made a short video explaining each & the importance of never hitting F when executing. Hope y'all won't mind my (very) amateurish attempt at making a video tutorial. I currently don't have the means to play T7 offline. So I've had to ask people to Steam Share the game with me which is why there's some jittering in the video (which made it tricky to execute things consistently when recording). I play on pad btw, if that didn't become apparent in the video. But I have heard from KB/HB players which input methods they have difficutly with and most stick players I see use the d/df/n method. Overall its best to try them all & find which is best for you. I do have bigger tutorials planned in future but my next videos will be high-level replay analysis to help break-down some important neutral concepts for Raven. EDIT: Zangana has made a short tutorial on how to execute instant FC attacks from a sidestep. You may have seen Tissuemon doing FC df3+4 very quickly after a SS. the last method although it is the fastest, it doesnt cover much space because it doesnt dash because its inputs are df/d/n compare it to d /df/n. So it is only used if the opponent is really aggresive or after sidestepping
I've done the 3rd method on pad, effortlessly in practice mode. But pulling it off in actual matches was nearly impossible. i may have to try out the 2nd method.
Sorry to tell you but this is not even the correct way to do it like pinya.. i already made a basic video describing how to do it. You don't need to do the while crouching status type of dash.. that is not correct if you really want to have pinya level execution
I tried to make this video to cater to different peripherals. The method described in your video is pretty much impossible to execute on pad. I did allude to the fact that it is performed on arcade stick.

Useful info. Been doing method 1 & 2 depending on the the distance. My first time to encounter method 3, will try that out.

I have mastered method 2 with ease but my problem with pad is sometimes is dashing forward to do it and raven doesn’t dash lol
