Great video! When I was working in the DC area as a CPA these home prices were viable, but now that I am retired it would be impossible and I definitely do not miss the traffic. I reside in western North Carolina where the average home price in only $400,000 and I can easily get to Chattanooga , Pigeon Forge or Nashville for major entertainment.

I live in Rockville and i feel like condos must be lowering the median home prices because all of the actual homes are higher. As you corrected most of them.

I still feel like Germantown MD is one of the best values. You can’t beat Waters Landing with access to paved trails that lead to black hill regional park. Easy access to 270, great hospitals, and the milestone shopping center. It’s super convenient to raise kids here. Also only a 15 minute drive to Windridge winery’s and omg 7 minutes to Butlers orchard. Germantown is highly underrated and a great value. It’s very rare you will find a house for sale in waters landing! Shhhhhh don’t tell anyone my secret 😂
