Something that our late brother in Christ, Les Feldick, pointed out constantly that videos such as these always fail to point out: God was, in fact, a “dispensationalist.” Look up the word “dispensation” in your bible software. It cannot be denied, and therefore if God dispensed, it’s accurate to rightly divide the word of truth with that in mind.
This video should’ve started like this: “God dispenses throughout the Bible, but if I rightly divide the truth with that in mind, my own doctrine falls apart, and I’m found wanting.”
Of course these guys never admit God dispenses. We Dispensationalists also love our King James bibles too! It’s a great way to rightly divide the truth. Amen?

Don't you think it matters that none of the disciples who witnessed His earthly ministry believed He rose from the dead until they saw Him? That's an undeniable fact that is recorded in every gospel. And in John 20:29 He tells them that those who believe without seeing will receive greater blessings.
    John 20:29
29 Jesus said to him, “Thomas, because you have seen Me, you have believed. Blessed are those who have not seen and yet have believed.”
Since they did not believe that Jesus rose from the dead none of the Jesus's disciples qualify for the righteousness of God described by Paul in Romans 4. Their sins were forgiven by His death on the cross but the righteousness that comes through faith is not for the remnant of Israel but rather the believing body of Christ. These verses are extremely significant...
    Romans 4:20-25
20 He did not waver at the promise of God through unbelief, but was strengthened in faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully convinced that what He had promised He was also able to perform. 22 And therefore “it was accounted to him for righteousness.”
23 Now it was not written for his sake alone that it was imputed to him, 24 but also for us. It shall be imputed to us who believe in Him who raised up Jesus our Lord from the dead, 25 who was delivered up because of our offenses, and was raised because of our justification.
It really underscores the rewards of the believer in the body of Christ when they are lumped together with the remnant of Israel. We are God's heavenly creation. That's what the "new man" from Ephesians is all about. The rewards described in Ephesians are not for the 12 disciples, who will rule as priests on earth in the millennium as was first promised in Exodus 19:5-6 and then repeated by Peter in 1 Peter 2:9, which was written to Jews who witnessed Jesus's ministry. The believers who are in the body of Christ will dwell in heaven.

There is only one way to understand God's word!
That is to rightly divide the word of truth!!!
Have you ever wondered why there are like 45,000 denominations today?
It's because people try to live in (times past!)
And instead of rightly dividing the word, they try to harmonize God's word!
God did not say to us in this dispensation to build an ark! He did not say sacrifice a lamb! He did not tell us to keep the sabbath, which is on a Saturday! We are not even commanded to baptize! Paul said he did not come to baptize but to preach the gospel!
    1st Corinthians 1:17.
17 For Christ sent me not to baptize, but to preach the gospel: not with wisdom of words, lest the cross of Christ should be made of none effect.
Today we are baptized into the body of Christ!
    1st Corinthians 12:13
13 For by one Spirit are we all baptized into one body, whether we be Jews or Gentiles, whether we be bond or free; and have been all made to drink into one Spirit.
That is Not water baptism! But the baptism of the holy ghost!
Today denominations pick and choose which laws they want to follow. Be it baptisms.... tithing....
    clothing, or head coverings......
The keeping of holy days..... the preaching of healing and miracles....
The prosperity gospel.......All of these add to the free gift of salvation!
There are many many more ordinances written to the Jews then these!
In fact there are over 600 of them in the bible!
An ordinance is a religious ritual whose intent is to demonstrate an adherent's faith. Examples include baptisms, and the Lord's Supper, establishing their own laws, and rules. Practiced today in Evangelical churches adhering to the doctrines of men. Such as Anabaptists, all Baptist churches, cults, Mormons, legalism, Churches of Christ groups, charasmatic teachers, and Pentecostal churches. These teachers are going back to being under the old testament laws! (CALLED RELIGION!)
WE TODAY ARE UNDER NO SUCH RELIGION!
We are (Not) in (times past!)
We in this dispensation are (Not) under the law! We are in the dispensation of (GRACE!)
There is a distinction between the circumcision (the Jews,) and the uncircumcision (the Gentiles!) In the beginning the uncircumcision were aliens without Christ in the world. Without God. Cut off!
The Jews were God's chosen people! God dealt directly with the children of Israel! But they rejected Him and crucified Him. Then the gospel was come to us the Gentiles!
    We are Gentiles, (Not Jews!)
God's word clearly tells us there is a (Times past!) And a....(But Now!) And......(Ages to come!)
Jesus was not preaching to Gentiles in His ministry! His ministry was to His chosen people the Jews!
    Matthew 15:22-24
22 And, behold, a woman of Canaan came out of the same coasts, and cried unto him, saying, Have mercy on me, O Lord, thou son of David; my daughter is grievously vexed with a devil.
23 But he answered her not a word. And his disciples came and besought him, saying, Send her away; for she crieth after us.
24 But he answered and said, I am not sent but unto the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
He also told His deciples not to go to the Gentiles!
    Matthew 10:5-6
5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Paul is our apostle for today. The. (But now period.)
    Read Romans 11:13
For I speak to you Gentiles, inasmuch as I am the apostle of the Gentiles, I magnify mine office:
    2nd Timothy 1:11
Whereunto I am appointed a preacher, and an apostle, and a teacher of the Gentiles.
    1st Timothy 2:7
Whereunto I am ordained a preacher, and an apostle, (I speak the truth in Christ, and lie not;) a teacher of the Gentiles in faith and verity.
    Romans 15:16
That I should be the minister of Jesus Christ to the Gentiles, ministering the gospel of God, that the offering up of the Gentiles might be acceptable, being sanctified by the Holy Ghost.
Peter is not our apostle today. He was sent to preach to the Jews!
    Galations 2: 7-8
    7 But contrariwise, when they saw that the gospel of the uncircumcision was committed unto me, as the gospel of the circumcision was unto Peter;
8 (For he that wrought effectually in Peter to the apostleship of the circumcision, the same was mighty in me toward the Gentiles:)
Peter was sent by Jesus to preach to the circumcision!
From Genesis to John is time past.
Saul of Tarsus got saved in Acts chapter 9. Which after that his name changed to Paul. And he is the apostle to us Gentiles today. He says we are to follow His gospel.
    Read....Romans 16:25
“Now to him that is of power to stablish you according to (my) gospel, and the preaching of Jesus Christ, according to the revelation of the mystery, which was kept secret since the world began,”
And if we today follow any other gospel we are to be accursed!
    Look what Paul said in....
    Galations 1:8-10
8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed.
9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
We today are not saved by grace plus works. But are saved by grace through faith!!!! We can Not add any works! For our righteousness is as filthy rags! Think about it! Righteousness being our very best!!!!
    We can never measure up!!!
Jesus Christ said it is finished!!
If we try to add or take away from the Finished work of the cross we are NOT the servant of Christ!
We are following religion and man rather then God!!!
    Religion does NOT SAVE!!!
    Religion SAYS DO!!!
    JESUS PAID IT ALL!!!!
BELIEVE ON THE LORD JESUS. CHRIST AND THOU SHALT BE SAVED!!!
Rightly divide the word of truth
    2nd Timothy 2:15
“Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.”
We know there will be false teachings, false prophets, that will deceive many!
    2nd Corinthians 11:13-15
For such are false apostles, deceitful workers, transforming themselves into the apostles of Christ. And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light. Therefore it is no great thing if his ministers also be transformed as the ministers of righteousness; whose end shall be according to their works.
What are we going to do about James chapter 2 verse 24. Which clearly says that man is justified by works?
24 Ye see then how that by works a man is justified, and not by faith only?
But look what the apostle Paul says. What will you believe?
    (The But now?)
In which dispensation we are in today?
Or.... the (Times past)? which was preached and ministered to Israel The Jews?
Paul say by grace through faith we are justified! (Justified)
(Just if I'd).............( never sinned )
    Read.........Romans 3:25
“Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus:”
    Ephesians 1:7
    In whom we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, according to the riches of his grace;
    Ephesians 2:8-9
8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves:
it is the gift of God:
9 Not of works, lest any man should boast.

No verses to back up anything…. Clearly doesn’t realize Jesus was minister of the circumcision. The cross was not plan B. Jesus told the disciples 3x he will die they just didn’t understood it. Bible also said this was his from them too. Hence the apostles never preached the cross and blood covering all sins. Israel gospel was to believe in messiah. If they didnt preached the cross before what did they preached during 3yrs Jesus ministry? Gospel of the kingdom. Only after the cross and Jesus appearance did they remember and believe of the resurrection. Only there after did Peter preached the cross but as an indictment. He would add to what they preached by saying repent and be baptized because they have sinned and murdered the Son of God. Paul on the other hand preached and glorified on the sacrifice. Also states the gentile in time past weren’t part of the covenants and promise, alienantes from the common wealth of Israel. The point of Israel is that THEY will a holy nation of kings and priesthood. That’s why Law was given to them through the promise to Abraham.

Please consider that mid acts dispensationalism is heresy. Galatians 2:7 is NOT enlisting two gospels. It is talking about the same gospel of Jesus Christ being proclaimed TO (not for) Jewish and Gentiles. The distinction is the audience, not the message. Specifically, the Greek word "ho" which is translated to "for the" or "to" is a direct article that most closely translates "to the". If they were 2 different gospels, a preposition would be used.
Furthermore, this false teaching shifts the focus of God's redemptive work from: the life, death, burial, and resurrection of Christ from the dead. To: the kingdom.

      Acts 28
23And when they had appointed him a day, there came many to him into his lodging; to whom he expounded and testified the kingdom of God, persuading them concerning Jesus, both out of the law of Moses, and out of the prophets, from morning till evening. 24And some believed the things which were spoken, and some believed not. 25And when they agreed not among themselves, they departed, after that Paul had spoken one word, Well spake the Holy Ghost by Esaias the prophet unto our fathers,
26Saying, Go unto this people, and say, Hearing ye shall hear, and shall not understand; and seeing ye shall see, and not perceive:

28Be it known therefore unto you, that the salvation of God is sent unto the Gentiles, and that they will hear it. 29And when he had said these words, the Jews departed, and had great reasoning among themselves.

He claims there is a " Kingdom" gospel and Paul's " Mystery" gospel, which are uniquely different. He's even told me that to reject this view, is my condemnation to Hell? Paul said himself in Gal 1:11-12 that the Gospel that he preached was not taught by any man but he received it by REVELATION. he calls it my Gospel many times and when you study it out you will see key differences in the Gospels, notably Jesus didnt preach once saved always saved, he taught enduring till the end, so that his audience's sins may be blotted out at the times of refreshing from the presence of the Lord (Acts 3:19) in other words a future forgiveness at the second coming. but paul preached that we already have salvation and that we can not lose it, rom 8:33-39 for example.

In Galatians chpt 1 and 2, he teaches that there is no other Gospel and he and the other Apostles were on the same page, as it were? He doesn't differentiate between his gospel and theirs. But, I know Jesus ' ministry was for the Jews, however, I've been told by this brother, that Jesus' teachings are not at all for the Church. The Church is His body?? How do we ignore what He taught? His whole ministry was to take 2 people, Jews and Gentiles, and make them 1...I know it's been popular to teach of a " Kingdom gospel and a Grace gospel", but, to me, they're both the same. The OT Jews had the law, but, even then, they were saved by the mercies and Grace of God. David attests to that many times in the Psalms. So, why would we set apart the Words of Jesus, and divide ourselves up, again??

chapter 1 of galatians actually refers back to acts 15 when Peter writes specifically to the Gentile brethren (15:23) in particular look at 15:24 in the kjv there is something there thats been taken out of the modern translations. the people that came in to trouble the Galatians with 'another gospel' told them to circumcise and keep the law which is NOT part of the Gospel of Grace but it is part of the Gospel of the Kingdom. this is why in Acts 21:20 Peter boasts to Paul about how many thousands of JEWS are zealous of the Law.

there is something that your friend didnt seem to mention to you, there is a reason for the 2 gospels and it goes back to Gen1:1 in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth. the prophesy ministry that Christ preached was to confirm the promises made unto the fathers Rom 15:8 concerning the EARTH, the mystery that was revealed to paul was for an unprophesied time concerning the HEAVENS for fallen Jews and Gentiles a like Rom 15:16.

All I can conclude from such a statement is that these individuals don't desire holiness or obedience to God, but want to remain comfortable in disobedience while assuring themselves they are still saved.
"For the time is coming when people will not endure sound teaching, but having itching ears they will accumulate for themselves teachers to suit their own passions, and will turn away from listening to the truth and wander off into myths." - 2 Timothy 4:4
Ironically, Paul (whom they idolize) wrote about such people. They have turned to Mid-acts Dispyism because they found a false teaching that suits their own passions.

Actually, it is you who are doing that. Far from condescending and believing myself to be smarter than others, I am submitting myself and my personal opinions to the authority of the Church that Christ established, obeying my leaders and submitting to them, as those keeping watch over my soul.
Mid-Acts dispensationalism, like all heresy throughout history, is a new innovation based in the Gnostic claim to have access to the true and secret meaning of Scripture that was missed by everyone else throughout Church history. So much for the Holy Spirit leading the Church into all truth I guess.
Cults and heresy are easy to spot. They claim to have a truth that others missed, and they depart from the formal structures of Christianity, opting instead for self-appointed leaders and elitism.
Like the Manicheans, the Docetists, the Arians, the Pelagians, the Nestorians, and all the rest, Mid-Acts Dispensationalism will pass into the heretical recesses of history while the Church continues on.
Lean not on your own understanding, but in all things seek and acknowledge the Lord who works in his Church, not through men who stand up with new doctrine in opposition to the truth.

It was John Walvoord and Charles Ryrie that brought Dispensationalism into the era of the single new covenant after they recognized early mistakes in this young system of theology only for Mid-Acts dispies to bring it back at a later date. It absolutely breaks my heart when they are always peppering their speech/teaching with Paul this, Paul that, only read Paul’s words, Jesus words don’t matter, even if He is our Lord and Savior, you’re not saved if you don’t rightly divide the word of truth like us, mixing so called law with grace in the New Testament is bad, blah blah blah. We used to be on the same page about a lot of things about Jesus and the Bible, but ever since they went for this, I don’t even know them anymore, it’s like a whole new person/spirit inhabited them all of a sudden and no matter what you say, no matter what you do to help them in biblical understanding, it’s no use, they always dig in their heels and get mad at you and way too defensive about that position. • @merecatholicity
      @merecatholicity  6 месяцев назад

Baptism is being crucified with Christ (Rom. 6). That's what the thief on the cross did.
And as for whether or not it saves you, take it up with Peter: "Baptism, which corresponds to this, now saves you" (1 Pe 3:21).
The Church has taught, since the time of the apostles that baptism is where union with Christ happens. To teach differently is to invent your own religion that isn't Christianity.

    • @danle5255
      @danle5255 6 месяцев назад

@merecatholicity Don't get me wrong. I'm not against baptism, for I have been baptised myself. The verses you have mentioned only show that baptism is simply a ceremonial act that displays your acknowledgement that you have accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Saviour. It's not the act of baptism that saves you.
You need to read Acts chapter 10, Peter was sent to preach to Cornelius, and then the Holy Spirit fell upon Cornelius and his household during Peter's preaching.
      ‭‭Acts‬ ‭10:44‬ ‭NKJV‬‬
[44] While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all those who heard the word.
So you see, Cornelius and his household were saved upon them believing in the words of Christ before they were baptised.
You still have not addressed the other issue that I have brought up. You are a Catholic who worships Mary and the pope. That’s idolatry. Yet, you accused the mid-acts pauline dispensationalist of heresy, without any proof of their contradiction to the scriptures. To me, that's like a false prophet warning others about the true prophet, similar to what Jeremiah went through.

I immediately said my peace ("you worship another god besides Jesus of Nazareth, goodbye") and *departed* forever, but I still held Christian love for the parishioners, and simply drove an hour to the next church whilst the 'bishop' was tasked with sorting it out. The nice people at the old church turned into a brood of vipers, both on each other, and on themselves, because one stinking (and HIDDEN: he'd LIED about his beliefs) heretic was a manifest heretic. A year later, a priest was dying and the 'bishop' finally and most fully excommunicated the man and his witch "wife", I fear even that 'bishop' fell a step.

Wrong The gospel for The Body of Christ is 1 Corinthians 15:1-4 your salvation depends on it. The above verses you mentioned was way before the gospel to the Body of Christ and was to the nation of Israel! God bless may you rightly divide the word of truth.

mat 10:5 These twelve Jesus sent forth, and commanded them, saying, Go not into the way of the Gentiles, and into any city of the Samaritans enter ye not:
6 But go rather to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
7 And as ye go, preach, saying, The kingdom of heaven is at hand.

@@andrewmalagala7715 When The Jews denied Jesus in Acts Chapter 7 He postponed The Millennial Kingdom and went to the Gentiles, sending Peter in Acts Chapter 10, and Paul after. This is a clear picture of transition from Jews only to Jews and Gentiles coming into the Body of Christ trusting the finished work on the cross. He will go back to the Jews in the time of Jacobs trouble. Otherwise known as the Great Tribulation. Study, we need to understand this.
