Late Goodbye was their first song, based off of a poem written by their friend Sam Lake, a producer at Remedy at the time. They recorded it for Max Payne II: The Fall of Max Payne, and decided to make a band and expand out, releasing Signs of Life in 2005. MY first experience with them was also Max Payne, and I never forgot the name or sound. It's been a never-ending deep well from there. I respect their ethics in being self-produced, but damn do I wish they were more well known over here in the U.S.A.
