Um hi i have a trouble on power shots everytime when a player is about to shoot i get scared how to overcome this or when a speedy ball is coming right at me thanks

Very difficult to do however in the coming weeks I might be able to try and attempt to film it. No promises
Any suggestions for dives where you can only get one hand to it? I was practicing myself earlier could only get one hand to it and painfully hurt my side and strained my neck from the landing.
Almost every dive you can get one hand to the ball if the ball goes far enough from you. If it hurts diving to the side then you must working on your landing or you technique of the dive. Always stretch before you do exercise, this also applies to stretching your neck
@OP1GK yeah It also may be where I like to train is unlevel as well and can be quite rocky. Thanks alot and one last thing do you have any suggestions on debating in your mind to dive or foot save? I keep noticing I'll make mistakes or concede near post goals which should be easily a foot save or I'm not getting down to dive fast enough. Any suggestions?
