To be honest,It was my first day yesterday listening to these meditation,I slept like a baby ,had a very beautiful dream,I do not what it means but it felt like heaven,saw lots of animals very colourful ones floating on the air like they were coming from heaven
I felt like I was in the garden of Eden before sin though people were dressed,all the wild and domesticated animals living with us like family,Thank you very much

💚💚💚 I had an awesome experience which led me to have a conversation (nonverbal) with my Guides after I asked a particular question about a childhood home. Now I'm on a journey to heal trauma. This experience was beautiful, loving, peaceful, loving, informative and i had an overwhelming feeling of unconditional LOVE. I cried tears of joy and appreciation. Spirit guides are always available to help us. Spirits guides can be reached using a pendulum. Some general info to get started. Pendulums can also be used for healing. Requires practice. Once connected with Spirit guide always keep both feet still resting flat on floor, moving feet or lifting heel will break connection with Spirit guide (very important). If one moves feet or lift heel, connection is broken and another Spirit guide will appear. One can change hands holding pendulum and not lose connection. Remove all metal jewelry on body, including fingers, hands, wrists, etc., which will interfere with communication and receiving energy from Spirit guide (very important). Find a quiet place to connect with Spirit guide when connecting with pendulum (very important). Rest elbow on table which holds pendulum and avoid moving hand around as this makes it difficult for Spirit guides. Try to keep hand still in one place (very important). Recommend using powerful pendulums for better communication and healing. Brass pendulums are much more powerful than crystal pendulums. After many years of experience, I recommend brass pendulums for communication and healing. Brass is self cleaning whereas crystal is not (must be cleaned after each use as it picks up and hold unwanted energies). Healing times will be much faster using powerful brass pendulums. I personally use a brass golden hue pendulum. An example pendulum healing, "Spirit Guide, can you heal my damaged liver and make perfect? Spirit guides have different abilities. If Spirit guide responds "yes", ask "Spirit guide, heal my liver." If Spirit guide responds "no", ask Spirit guide, "send me to Spirit guide who can heal liver and make perfect. Thank you." Be specific as possible when asking for help. Spirit guides appreciate us behaving with kindness. After session, thank your Spirit guide. Spirit guides do a lot of hard work. Condition of liver will determine how many sessions are needed to heal liver. Additional helpful info. Clean crystal pendulums after each use. Either by burning sage and let the smoke remove negative energy from pendulum for 15 seconds, calling on Archangel Michael to clean pendulum (look at pendulum wished to be cleaned and say softly or in normal speaking voice: "Archangel Michael, clean the pendulum of negative energy" (will take about 3 hours to clean), rinsing pendulum in water for 30 seconds, placing pendulum directly under the full moon for the night, or burying pendulum into the ground for 24 hours. Best time of day to connect with Spirit guides during sunlight hours. Turn off all nearby electronics (computer, radios, put cell phone on airplane mode, etc) as this interfere with connection or move to another location or room away from electronics. Although I did not ask a particular question and I listened to the meditation / hypnosis during a siesta (the little rebel I still am 😇) I had a vivid dream which made me look at an issue from a rather different angle. After ten years I have a completely new outlook on which role I play in this incarnation. I didn't meet a spirit guide (this time) but I'm sure that s.he or they communicate their message through this dream. I don't feel guilty anymore for breaking up and going my own way. Everyone has the right to live their Freedom and Love him.her self. Thank you for this !

That's probably opposing forces attempting to scare you out of getting in contact with your guides. I'd ask your spirit guides of pure divine light and your archangel of choice to remove all energies, beings and entities that are not of divine light and not in alignment with the prime creators divine plan to be removed from you.
I must say each time it work the first time it gave me some little peace. The second time I talk to my guidance they told me I'm on the right path and not to worry and that my bf was okay. I still couldn't sleep but once as peace and woke up to call from my bf saying he's here and let me in the apartment building.

Okay, so last night I've put this on and woke up to being bottomless the next morning. I workout, took a shower that night before, put some shorts on a top and laid down to listen to this. My hair was wrapped up in a bun (I normally have a afro). So when I woke up, I was exposed and my hair was open. I have absolutely no recollection of my dreams whatsoever. .. 👀 Strange as hell! But despite this I'm still trying this again. Please pray for me. 😅🙏🏾

This full moon and shift has been so vary full of circulating energies through me....its so vary difficult to tip over into a deep needed relaxation....its as though a vary thick blockage is preventing myself of that deep connection ndeed.....but your guided video's help me push through a little each time💓

Just tried this for the first time. But I got woken up by a cat in heat at my window lol. But, nevertheless I was able to get "in the pocket" and experience the peace of stillness. I still need to work on my communicating and receptivity, but I trust all will happen when it should. Many blessings to you!

My first time listening to this I experienced a dream within a dream and I don’t know whether I did something wrong but it it was a very scary and emotionally draining experience
One never knows but when that happens I like to think of it as something that my mind needed to dump and I feel better knowing that I got rid of it. Each time will be different as each time is a unique moment in your life. 💜

I felt so emotional and relaxed
first time listening to this, i was swimming with this woman who was.. a mermaid? kind of. she was both an actual spirit and some kind of water creature, maybe some kind of goddess? but she swam by me the whole time, she didn't really say anything but in my dream i even referred to her as my 'water spirit'. i felt nothing but safety as we swam next to each other. not sure what my dream really means, but i know that we definitely connected with each other.

I noticed with the first disclaimer it says do not listen to this recording if you have epilepsy or suffer from a psychiatric disorder. Why is that? Especially the last one. Wouldn't it calm a person who suffers from such a condition to know that perhaps it may offer some comfort? I'm confused?

The old paradgms we have been experiencing over a few thousands of centuries and learning from are all fear based, survival, ego etc. We have entered (so to speak)an awakening to that which we truly are, aspects of creator consciousness, unconditional love. But each of us is at our own unique place in this and much of humanity is really not consciously awake even though it is there for all but because of free will(perhaps) there is to some degree, choice. The old ebnergies are moving out and as they present are often seen as illness, coflict depression etc. Namaste
It could be how you perceive yourself in your environment. Surround yourself with positive people, for instance. That could be a painful but a necessary step to rid yourself of chaos.
You cannot CHANGE the people in your life...
So change the PEOPLE in your life.

I wish that Isaw my husband he just passed away on Sunday .and I miss him so much I look at his hospital bed beside me and its empty and will always be .it hurts so much .and I need surgeries to and I am scared that i am not going to make it .i just wish i could see him or get a sign that he is ok .
@@aprilkeith8705 dear April, ask for a special sign, a particular one, so you will recognize it. Ask to see it 3x then be patient! Don't obsess for it just relax, time in spirit is often not in sync with us ( hope this make a sense?) Ask to see/find items such as purple feathers or pink hats as an example, to confirm his presence.

I ended up having a really bad dream while listening to this. It was about the guy that I am seeing. In the dream it turned out that he was living with his ex and was sleeping with her. When i confronted him about it (in the dream) he acted like he thought I would be ok with it. But also there was this part about his ex... that she had a breast implant (just one) and he had to remove it and wash it and then had a spare in the refrigerator and had to replace it. So that was really weird/ gross.
I hope this isn't a prediction. Definitely not the positive experience everybody else seemed to be having. I did have a few drinks before I went to bed so that may have been part of it..

I tried this and I felt like I was starting to float and I asked my spirit guides if they were there for me but my sister woke me up before I got an answer! Can I redo it? And do you have any tips? 😭
Yes, you can do it as many times as you like.. My advice would be "be open to a new experience". Don't expect to pick up where you left off last time, you might but you might have an entirely different experience too. Listen with appreciation rather than expectation. :)
I wearing earbuds and that does block out a lot of noise. I do these meditations at night when the house is quiet...every night. This is awesome...

I just found this and I have a question. I love the soothing sound of your voice; but I’m having a hard time hearing you over the music many times, especially when you’re speaking very softly.
Is this something I’ll get used to, because I really like the meditation and your comforting voice. I had a headache from having to turn it up loud enough to hear you.
Hi Traci, keep the volume at a comfortable level. You do not need to consciously hear every word - your subconscious mind will hear everything. This has been designed for you to fall asleep to as it plays.

Nothings wrong with you. That is for sure. Just relax, dear, without judging yourself and keep doing it a few times a week or whatever feels right to you.
