“It’s Only After We’ve Lost Everything That We’re Free To Do Anything.” Quote from Fight Club. I say it to remind myself of my rock bottom. To remind myself that whatever happens today I am still better off than I was that day. Its also a reminder that I have nothing weighing me down anymore and to stay humble and live a simplistic life. The quote might mean something else to others but this is what it means to me.

I go back to an old Swahili proverb; 'Haba na haba, hujaza kibaba. / Little by little, the pot gets filled.'
Patience, small steps and perseverance get the job done. Now for overcoming limiting beliefs, this is useful when you are faced with a task that seems too big. First, break the task down into its components. Second, choose the one component that meets the following; can be done in one day, has the most impact, and fits within your current capabilities and resources. Then go and do that one task for the day. Repeat this daily and you will succeed in completing the larger task that at first seemed impossible.

    Motivation mantra that I follow:
    1. Self-worth is very important to enjoy life. This self-worth is always attached to people who are self-discipline, who take right action, who push the limits of their edges and go far and create progress in life.
But for self-worth to be created, a person must be healthy - physically, mentally, emotionally, good in maintain relationships and must be financially independent!!
What I have realized is no one, including the closed one's will not help as much as we help ourselves. Hence being independent and helping others if possible is my motivation mantra!!

This is exactly what I need- #2 is key. What i've found helpful is to feel small successes. If I "fail" at a goal, then I break up the goal into smaller pieces. Succeeding at a smaller piece motivates me to go on to the next piece.

There is no limit when you REALISE HOW POWERFUL you REALLY ARE. Give more than you receive and everyone will reap the rewards of your earnest giving. Self knowledge is the key and self love is paramount to feeling this way 🙏

After very difficult heartbreaking issues that have come to my life, I have started to put excuses to people who don't succeed or work for their goals and so for myself. I don't believe that failure is because of the person anymore. I do think that life is hard, and we need to develop more empathy, and this indeed hass led me to be in a lot of troubles , yet I'm still standing doing less and less everyday. My personal Mantra is "No one ever remembers the average people". This will help you to accept the inevitable failures that you will have,. If you don't try you won't fail, therefore if you try something accept any failures that do happen, just remember never to expect them at the outset of your attempts. When you do fail, do it in a spectacular fashion, this will make sure that you are remembered, then when you do succeed at something else the people who remember your failure will be astounded by your successes. When you succeed you should also do so spectacularly. Just remember that "No one ever remembers the average people".
It is important to remember that failures are not necessarily your fault, they are very often the fault of people not understanding your brilliance. I recently failed to get an extension to my assignment with a major car manufacturer when I questioned the ability of their computer programmers. The head of their Technology Group was giving a presentation and discussing the technology that was in their cars and comparing it with the technology in a jet airliner. He stated that their cars have around 50,000 lines of code in them, whereas a jet airliner has around 20,000 lines of code. This man was convinced that this meant that cars are more technologically advanced than jet airliners are, as more lines of code obviously mean more technology. Well it might do in his head, but not in mine. I then questioned the difference in the calibre of the computer programmers of the two industries, and stated that the aerospace programmers would probably be able to code a car with less than 10,000 lines of code. After stating this several others at this seminar supported my opinion. Within a month those who supported my question, and myself, all had our contracts terminated. Financially this was a failure, but as a matter of principle it was in my opinion an overwhelming success.

Associating massive pain to the limiting-pleasure I've been addicted to by writing it and feeling it into my nervous system : my inner beast dominated over - I haven't measured and sustained the state until I solved other inner-conflicts - I'm extremely willing to contribute such story

Mr.Brian I do not have a mantra but I would like to thank you for your book "GOALS" which I have been reading over and over. I have got few goals which are now little vague and I am working on them but with your book I have determined that I will soon find my specific major definite purpose and will achieve it. Thank you very much.
