There are plenty of words that already exist to describe people who want sex but are unable to have sex, such as 'unappealing', 'unattractive', 'repulsive' and 'undesirable'.

Being an Incel is absolutely a thing, just because the term "celibate" orginally describes priests who choose to be celibate, doesn't mean it can't be used in another context You dont like the term?
