GTR2 - Adding a 'no rear wing' option

Using 3DSimed to add an option for no rear wing to a car.

It is easier if you delete the spoiler from the .cas file

The point of the video was to show how to make a no spoiler option whilst still having one available to choose on the genstring. Of course you can just create a separate CAS with it removed but then that needs it's own CPIT.GTR file
