I remember having sleepless nights, being depressed, suicidal, constantly having the worst thoughts and i had no idea why. Great video Jenny. I did Qigong for about 15 years. God told me to stop doing certain sets. Everytime I prayed about it to God to see if it was Ok, I always heard only one word...SORCERY (It is known by Taoists as internal alchemy). I stopped and repented and had a devil ripped from me during a self deliverance. God also asked me to give up all martial arts. I did and repented of all of it. I opened a discussion in a martial arts group I was in at that time to share what God had revealed to me. I got tremendous push-back from every member but two. I even had one man tell me that God didn't tell me to stop doing Qigong because he too was Christian and God never told him that. He then proceeded to tell me that Jesus used chi energy to come back to life after the 3 days. I couldn't believe someone would think that nonsense...especially someone claiming to be a Christian. Fast forward to this year... I was doing research on Sumeria and they worshipped a goddess of earth named Ki. In Qigong, you are taking in 'earth energies' (among others). In modern language ki is the Japanese pronunciation of chi or qi. I found that interesting and wanted to share.

Yes At the time I started doing yoga no one not even Christian’s told me that it was wrong. It took the Holy Spirit to make me uncomfortable and show me after researching the internet and asking other Christian’s that something was not right. I was doing downward facing dog one day and the Holy Spirit let me see a Hindu statue where incense was being burned in the room. I have not been back or have practiced yoga since that day. God later confirmed through people like you that this was demonic. I praise God for you giving this message because After repenting and renouncing this I believe God delivered me. Confirmation!!! just went to a someone's house who teaches yoga and Holy spirit told me this morning to put a distance with her. It was the first time I actually went to her house or saw her outside of the daycare centre where our children go. I know Yoga is completely demonic.. and I was asking myself how do I get away from this person because her daughter is my son's age and she really wants us to become friends.... then in prayer this morning the Lord told me : Put a distance with her! I had a dream two days ago where I saw a demon doing incantations while doing yoga.. seeing your video this morning..WOW! The Lord has a way of CONFIRMING His Word!! I know that yoga opens doors to the demonic and don't practice it, but I do want to exercise, stretch and be healthy, and I struggle with finding stretches and work out routines that do not incorporate yoga poses. I've googled yoga poses and it seems like SO MANY stretches come from yoga!! I would love to see some of the non-yoga stretches you have found do not come from yoga.
I have da same concern I love to stretch but most incorporate stretches from yogo such as down dog, cat cow etc. I've done these thinking that I'm not worshipping idols but stretching. Someone please give us some stretches we can do!!!
Stretching doesn’t take much. You are making it more complicated than it is. I think about back in the day when I stretched before practice. Stretching took 5-10 minutes. Then you are ready to go. You don’t need 30 minutes of stretching

Thank you! I’m a Christian. I’ve been questioning yoga. I’ve been to therapy for 6 weeks and I’ve improved greatly. But I am questioning yoga. Therapist is a Christian and I had a talk with him. I asked him if I do an exercise not to call it by name or by the pose. Ex cat dog pose, child pose, the bridge did with marches. Etc. just instruct me what I am to do. Would this be considered exercise if not chanting or telling him I don’t do yoga but continue to just do it as an exercise? Is that still considered yoga?? What stretch exercises are ok. I’ve looked online and it seems like everything is yoga!! I finished going to therapy. I decided to walk, and do exercises on my total gym for now. Praying for Answers because My body needs to improve more.
As a baby Christian when I first heard you say yoga was demonic I legit was thinking wow ok that’s a bit extreme and far fetched, I’m so glad I’m not a closed minded person and decided to hear it out. Thank you Jesus for leading me to Jenny and Isaiah and others like them whom are helping me in my transition from living a sin filled life (I always thought I was a good person and if God existed I would go to Heaven ) being kind, respectful, and selfless yet watching bad movies/shows, listening to secular music, drug’s, occasional blasphemy and gossip doesn’t make me a good person at all, it doesn’t balance out or the good overrides the bad. I wish I could change literally overnight like Isaiah did when he was born again. it’s a slow but steady process for me. Living in sin and thinking God doesn’t exist for just under 2 decades is going to take some time to change. I’m doing it though, no matter what because the end result is more than worth it

I didn’t know that some stretches were yoga inspired… so I was a bit late on that, if only there were non yoga stretching options because stretching is beneficial.
Blessings to you all. I went years without doing yoga and began practicing it because a family member became a yoga instructor. I thought it was just another way to exercise. I had no idea it is demonic until months ago. I was delivered from demons that entered through yoga. I pray more and more people open their eyes to the truth. I am a Christian and Hatha Yoga practiced yoga for years, it's a great form of fitness and I never had the experiences you're referring to. My instructor was Christian and we never discussed religion, Hinduism or any of the things you are referring to. It is non-denominational and a form of exercise. Drugs and witchcraft were never forced on me either. If anything, it made me healthier!
I’ve never felt attacked or demonic presence when doing yoga? I do not chant anything or offer praise to any deity but the yoga instructor I have been seeing just names the poses ? I feel conflicted on this one cuz it relaxes me and really helps with my back pain. It seems like the demonic aspect happens when the chanting and praising takes place ? If anything I feel more in tuned..I don’t experience anything like what was described. My life was stressful before yoga.. I get the points that were made it just doesn’t seem that black and white to me..

I did yoga in college and didn’t know this. It was a fitness class which was mandatory for a general studies degree. I never liked it and my teacher actually ended up giving me a D because I never showed up. It was always weird and uncomfortable for me

I recently reconnected with a woman that I knew 40 years ago. We have become quite close, and I love her very much. She had several marriages that were she was abused. Physically. Strolling through Facebook I found a Facebook page that she put up and her husband that she married they were married by a practicing, witch. She professes to be a Christian . However, her past really haunts me. I finally drug out of her that yes, indeed the woman that married her was a witch, or she had refused several times saying she was just a minister. However, researching the woman yes, she’s a witch. My fiancé is into this touching healing and hot hands. She wanted me to do yoga with her. I had one incident with her where she was rubbing my back and I tried to get up and she got mad so I laid back down. She was rubbing my back some more and I tried to get up and she got very violent saying I wasn’t connecting with her or I wasn’t connecting with something I don’t exactly know what she said. I love this woman very much she actually I believe has a good heart. What can I do to help her? I don’t want to lose her.

My understanding is a Christian is indwelled with the Holy Spirit when accepting the Jesus as our Lord and saviour, which means no demon can enter that person because they would have to “tie up the strong man (God) in order to take the house” it’s written in the bible. Is that correct, yea?

What can i do instead of yoga? I really like when i stretch my body and i feel so loose... But i felt that yoga gets me to places i dont want to be.. every time i practice a few weeks in a row i get sleep paralysis. I see demons while in this state.

What kind of stretches or exercises can I do to maintain and keep gaining flexibility and strength? I don’t know what else to do. I have looked all over the internet for something with the same physical benefits. And everything I find still has yoga poses in it. It still has a yoga name of some sort. Great video Jenny. I did Qigong for about 15 years. God told me to stop doing certain sets. Everytime I prayed about it to God to see if it was Ok, I always heard only one word...SORCERY (It is known by Taoists as internal alchemy). I stopped and repented and had a devil ripped from me during a self deliverance. God also asked me to give up all martial arts. I did and repented of all of it. I opened a discussion in a martial arts group I was in at that time to share what God had revealed to me. I got tremendous push-back from every member but two. I even had one man tell me that God didn't tell me to stop doing Qigong because he too was Christian and God never told him that. He then proceeded to tell me that Jesus used chi energy to come back to life after the 3 days. I couldn't believe someone would think that nonsense...especially someone claiming to be a Christian. Fast forward to this year... I was doing research on Sumeria and they worshipped a goddess of earth named Ki. In Qigong, you are taking in 'earth energies' (among others). In modern language ki is the Japanese pronunciation of chi or qi. I found that interesting and wanted to share.

Confirmation!!! just went to a someone's house who teaches yoga and Holy spirit told me this morning to put a distance with her. It was the first time I actually went to her house or saw her outside of the daycare centre where our children go. Stretching doesn’t take much. You are making it more complicated than it is. I think about back in the day when I stretched before practice. Stretching took 5-10 minutes. Then you are ready to go. You don’t need 30 minutes of stretching

Thank you! I’m a Christian. I’ve been questioning yoga. I’ve been to therapy for 6 weeks and I’ve improved greatly. But I am questioning yoga. Therapist is a Christian and I had a talk with him. I asked him if I do an exercise not to call it by name or by the pose. Ex cat dog pose, child pose, the bridge did with marches. Etc. just instruct me what I am to do. Would this be considered exercise if not chanting or telling him I don’t do yoga but continue to just do it as an exercise? Is that still considered yoga?? What stretch exercises are ok. I’ve looked online and it seems like everything is yoga!! I finished going to therapy. I decided to walk, and do exercises on my total gym for now. Praying for Answers because My body needs to improve more.
As a baby Christian when I first heard you say yoga was demonic I legit was thinking wow ok that’s a bit extreme and far fetched, I’m so glad I’m not a closed minded person and decided to hear it out. Thank you Jesus for leading me to Jenny and Isaiah and others like them whom are helping me in my transition from living a sin filled life (I always thought I was a good person and if God existed I would go to Heaven ) being kind, respectful, and selfless yet watching bad movies/shows, listening to secular music, drug’s, occasional blasphemy and gossip doesn’t make me a good person at all, it doesn’t balance out or the good overrides the bad. I wish I could change literally overnight like Isaiah did when he was born again. it’s a slow but steady process for me. Living in sin and thinking God doesn’t exist for just under 2 decades is going to take some time to change. I’m doing it though, no matter what because the end result is more than worth it

I didn’t know that some stretches were yoga inspired… so I was a bit late on that, if only there were non yoga stretching options because stretching is beneficial.

Blessings to you all. I went years without doing yoga and began practicing it because a family member became a yoga instructor. I thought it was just another way to exercise. I had no idea it is demonic until months ago. I was delivered from demons that entered through yoga. I pray more and more people open their eyes to the truth. I am a Christian and Hatha Yoga practiced yoga for years, it's a great form of fitness and I never had the experiences you're referring to. My instructor was Christian and we never discussed religion, Hinduism or any of the things you are referring to. It is non-denominational and a form of exercise. Drugs and witchcraft were never forced on me either. If anything, it made me healthier!

I’ve never felt attacked or demonic presence when doing yoga? I do not chant anything or offer praise to any deity but the yoga instructor I have been seeing just names the poses ? I feel conflicted on this one cuz it relaxes me and really helps with my back pain. It seems like the demonic aspect happens when the chanting and praising takes place ? If anything I feel more in tuned..I don’t experience anything like what was described. My life was stressful before yoga.. I get the points that were made it just doesn’t seem that black and white to me..
Thank you for this, I stopped yoga 2 years ago. Praying against this and generational curses was eye opening. I felt like something was crawling under my skin. My dreams were interesting as well. I did yoga in college and didn’t know this. It was a fitness class which was mandatory for a general studies degree. I never liked it and my teacher actually ended up giving me a D because I never showed up. It was always weird and uncomfortable for me

I recently reconnected with a woman that I knew 40 years ago. We have become quite close, and I love her very much. She had several marriages that were she was abused. Physically. Strolling through Facebook I found a Facebook page that she put up and her husband that she married they were married by a practicing, witch. She professes to be a Christian . However, her past really haunts me. I finally drug out of her that yes, indeed the woman that married her was a witch, or she had refused several times saying she was just a minister. However, researching the woman yes, she’s a witch. My fiancé is into this touching healing and hot hands. She wanted me to do yoga with her. I had one incident with her where she was rubbing my back and I tried to get up and she got mad so I laid back down. She was rubbing my back some more and I tried to get up and she got very violent saying I wasn’t connecting with her or I wasn’t connecting with something I don’t exactly know what she said. I love this woman very much she actually I believe has a good heart. What can I do to help her? I don’t want to lose her.

Madam,yoga is an ancient hindu practice of spiritual,physical,breathing control with postures and some mantras.
It combines body,mind,soul and spirit that is why it is called yoga. It generally reduces anxiety as well help in toning the muscles of a body.
The most important aspect of yoga as well as Hinduism is personal choice. If one gets any benefits out of it do it,if not don't do it no compulsion.
It will not make anyone a hindu. In fact the prayer of Arab religion has some components of yoga in their body postures not the religious part. An interesting aspect of yoga in west is that lots of young females do yoga and some even go as far as practice nude yoga.But it is their choice.

Thank you for this knowledge 🙏 I was unaware of the meaning of it, I do a workout on beach body on-demand and there are some yoga stretches like downward dog and child's pose but I don't know all yoga poses so I am going to look into it so I am NOT doing them. My understanding is a Christian is indwelled with the Holy Spirit when accepting the Jesus as our Lord and saviour, which means no demon can enter that person because they would have to “tie up the strong man (God) in order to take the house” it’s written in the bible. Is that correct, yea?

What can i do instead of yoga? I really like when i stretch my body and i feel so loose...
But i felt that yoga gets me to places i dont want to be.. every time i practice a few weeks in a row i get sleep paralysis. I see demons while in this state.
I live in NYC and they have around the city free events for yoga. I try reaching out to some participants of these events and they got offended

What kind of stretches or exercises can I do to maintain and keep gaining flexibility and strength? I don’t know what else to do. I have looked all over the internet for something with the same physical benefits. And everything I find still has yoga poses in it. It still has a yoga name of some sort. I can’t find anything else.. idk how else to get rid of the body aches and pains. This sucks. 😔
