Though raised in a Jewish household, Danna Weiss connected more with New Age beliefs. For many years, Weiss worked as a proficient professional crystal healer and Kundalini yoga and meditation teacher. But after suffering from severe physical ailments and traumatic visions that her metaphysical practice couldn’t assuage, Danna questioned her beliefs. Soon after, she began to follow Yeshua and immediately began to heal. Today, she shares her experience with those in similar situations, offers support, and helps them find a new path to freedom.

In 1969, I attended a session with a TM practitioner and received my secret mantra. I was looking for peace, inner healing. For the next 2 1/2 years I meditated twice daily. I found no peace. I began to feel that nothing made any sense, everything felt absurd. My dreams at night were like horror movies. I was afraid to fall asleep, because I was tormented with hellish visions. I became depressed and contemplated suicide frequently, because if this was life I wanted out. The Holy Spirit began to gently nudge me back to my childhood Sunday School memories about Jesus. One night, as I lay on my bed, afraid to sleep, I simply raised my arms and said,"Jesus, I am coming back to you " That was all, but everything changed from that moment on. Hope filled me, I began communicating with conversational prayer to Him. Radical supernatural healing and deliverance from demonic oppression set me free from the terrible nightmares. I moved back home, found a sweet fellowship meeting in an Elementary School cafeteria, love beads, bell bottoms, and all. I felt the incredible presence of God, prayer replaced meditation, and lots of inner healing occurred. The Eastern Religions are all a lie. I found out later, reading sn excellent book by Dave Hunt, titled 'The Sorcerers New Apprentice." the meaning of my secret mantra, given to me by the TM teacher, was in actuality the name of a Hindu demonic diety. Which explained a lot. I was 19 then, and am 73 now. I cannot imagine one day without the Lord Jesus. I will not lie, and say life never had its difficulties, but He walks with me through the fire and the flood , and has promised to never leave nor forsake me. He has done amazing miracles along the journey, and He is the only one who satisfies that longing for meaning and purpose. He truely is the bread that came down out of heaven. It is Jesus. Pure and simple.

I am currently at a yoga festival. Everywhere I look there are idols and pagan rituals, people talking about astrology, crystals or chakras.
It's hard to be a Christian here, I came for my wife - we've been coming for years and I have turned back to Jesus in the last year. Please pray for us, that my wife has ears to hear ❤

Playing the guitar and lifting weights are all about the natural. Believe me - I like you have been a weight lifter and a guitarist - these natural things have absolutely no comparative value in 'feeling' as to the 'feeling' of my soul, heart, and mind as it loves and adores Messiah Yeshua. It is the supernatural praise and worship to The Creator of ALL things that is the true spiritual high - nothing in the natural realm comes close!

I went through Buddhism and Hindu practices, in constant conviction and dragged off my bed by some demon, went back to Christ who gave me back peace and security ❤ THANK YOU LORD!

@@KaushalRaj-wg5gc great point mate, I shouldn't have put down other religions due to the fact there are happy Buddhists and happy Hindus that find great spiritual peace, sorry. But look up the endless Christian testimonials and u will understand my message. I have some of my own to share.
Sanctification by the Holy Spirit is a miracle. You change, desires change, emotions change, thoughts change, and you know it wasn't you that changed it. Depression, anxiety, anger, fear, obsessions, compulsions etc get plucked out one by one. It's an amazing blessing.

I am going through this for the first time in my life after being in religion since birth. It's crazy. First, the Lord was present with His love for me for months... then, BOOM. I'm thankful to know I'm not alone. This is an amazing process. I'm glad to see words for it. Thank you

Yes, because we’re dealing with Satan and his deception. He was a liar from the beginning, and has used new age and Hinduism to enslave people… He is also a counterfeiter, and will give people peace. But that will come at a price. He hates all of us, and wants us all to end up in hell with him, so will use any deception that he can to get us there.
Meditation is to help clear the mind so one can actually hear God. Meditation is good and the answer to controlling your nerves and mind. Slow it down do u can actually hear him. Stop demonizing meditation
This is how Jesus saved me... I was practicing yoga daily and he really woke me up my goodness praise the LORD!!!!!
Thank you for your insights. My daughter studied yoga as a devoted Christian woman and mother of two for exercise but refused to do the chanting even walking out in the session when they were teaching chanting. She wanted to lead Christian yoga/classes for women in one church and ghe elders couldnt approve much to her bewilderment. When she led a class, at the end she would lray over each of the women.
Eventually she let go of that exercise and chose other exercise and other interests.
Now and then I have tried to search out understanding the spiritual dimensions of yoga and why it would be destructive rather than constructive. You have provided the clearest explanation so far.
Jesus is Lord and our Prince of Peace. I am pleased you have found fullness of life in Him.
I was also in a place of trying to find out why I was so sick all the time (not new age). God had to get my attention. I remember him saying stop, look at me. Stop chasing answers. Stop chasing an exit strategy from the struggle and chase me. Game changer. God knew what was wrong with me, Chronic Fight or Flight, and he led me where I needed to go. I LOVED that part of your testimony. Thanks for sharing.

Amen. When I finally got connected with Jesus I remember this heavy infusion of peace. It was a new thing for me! Being able to sleep and have real joy. He really is the way!

I needed this encouragement. I love you Jesus! Without you I would never know God’s love. I will keep faith in Jesus even though I’m struggling. My husband died years ago. So as a single mother I’m overwhelmed at times because both of my children are autistic. I’m desperately struggling trying to support them and myself because like so many others. I lost my job as a social worker at Forsyth hospital because I declined the vaccine. I declined because of my pre existing health condition lupus and heart disease. I was denied my medical/religious exemption. I wish I could go back to the hospital but the mandate is still in place for hospitals that participate in Medicare and Medicaid all employees must be vaccinated against covid 19. I’m waitressing and I’m so THANKFUL to be working again, but I’m not making nearly enough to make ends meet. I get harassed and called names for simply asking for prayers, and for sharing my testimony. BUT prayers are all we need to get by, and when you’re a real christian people will always crucify you. I’m so ashamed and discouraging. BUT, Jesus is my salvation. Thankfully, God gives me strength to keep going. I have faith God will provide. He HAS THIS FAR. Please pray for me and my children.
You have some serious psychological problems if you are exactly the way you describe. You sound
like you create your own problems in your life, and you say it's like being crucified. Maybe you should
read an authentic Holy Bible and see how Jesus of Nazareth said how to pray. You're the opposite.

I've suffered for twenty years with no job 1 friend tons of enemies chronic illness but i still believe in Jesus.

No word of a lie, I felt great clarity and peace when I was doing hot yoga. Euphoric after I left that room. But so much in my life went sour at the same time. I sinned many times and it felt good to sin. Darkness closed in on my soul one day at a time. I met my now husband who felt religion was a joke. My grandmother died 2 years ago now and she had always been my rock in faith. I think she had a word with Jesus and brought both my husband and I to God. We are both thriving in the Lord's grace. Our family gets better by the day as the Lord blesses us. We pray and thank Jesus every day. ❤
I took two yoga classes once and two friends from my bible study class warned me against it and I took it to prayer and asked Jesus to protect me and remove it from my life, if it was offensive to him. He removed it immediately and sent me somewhere else. I just wish people would take any practice they have to prayer and just ask the Lord about it.

I was faced with a decision regarding the major issue our nation has been dealing with over the past three years. I took this decision to God, He answered my prayers the next day, in a very unique manner, and His intervention may well have saved my life.

I did yoga mostly for exercise for about 8 years. Quit 3 years ago and I am living for Jesus now again. During those 8 years my life went downhill in all areas. No matter how hard I tried or worked everything went south. The enemy came in and destroyed. I can see it now looking back! God is a restorer. And He is now restoring back what the enemy has stolen from me and my family. Jesus is King!!
You Christian are good at creating conspiracy theories to demonize others religious believes more and more people are leaving Christianity for a reason.

I loved hearing you say that there is always peace amidst the turmoil, because it is SO true! I’ve been struggling financially as a single mom, and even through all the struggle, I KNOW the Lord is going to take care of me. He continues to provide, and He proves to me over and over again that He is in control. Praise God!
Amen ! I'm so sorry for your struggle, because I have mine and know how hard it is, but I also know that it's only by exercise that our faith grows/strengthens, and that we need to put our trust in God alone, NOT in circumstances, not in what we can hold in our hands right now. HE has to be enough, or it's evidence our faith isn't really in Him, and I need to go to Him a re-surrender. It also helps to remember Peter walking on the water, how he sank when he took his eyes of Jesus and looked at the stormy waves ( ie rough circumstances) instead.
@ Jo Valentine: I too found myself divorced with five children to raise on my own. The ages were 7- 1, so they were all young. I leaned hard on Jesus, and He made a way for us when their was no way, over and over again. I will pray for you. Its a difficult road you are walking, but He is faithful. As a Christian, my experience with yoga is the complete opposite! Years ago, l was diagnosed with breast cancer. At the end of my radiation treatment, ALL systems were down & l was basically a "crispy critter". I looked for an easy, gentle exercise to do to regain my strength. Yoga which gently stretches & elongates my muscles was it! It took 7 long yrs, but yoga worked. At no time did l ever associate yoga with worshipping Hindu deities. I was too busy PTL & grateful to GOD for saving my life & rebuilding my health....
I was one way and now I’m completely different and the thing that happened in between was Him!! Hallelujah!
I once dated a girl for 6 months who lived and breathed new age. All her friends were members of the Osho cult. Hands down it was one of the biggest mistakes of my life but thankfully the experience led me back to Christ. All of them projected an image of peace and integrity but when life threw curve balls at them they would react and crumble worst than anyone I'd ever met who had no spiritual life. Their guru passed away at the age of 50 despite being a "spiritual healer" yet 5 years after his death they were still having panic attacks about it. You can just imagine how breaking up with her destroyed her. Oh and she was so obsessed with sex that her demand for it drained my soul. This was 2 years ago and I am still going through the cleansing process.

I used to be heavily into yoga and it brought deep darkness into my life. I used to go to this class every sunday morning and one thing that really struck me was when i looked around the class and everybody looked so miserable and unhappy. Sundays where the worst day of the week for me but when i turned to God and started attending church, sundays quickly became my favorite day of the week
Sunday is pagan. God blessed the Sabbath, the day we should abstain from work.
So you assume thats because of yoga - how many people are happy in the westren world - with all its hedonmist, liberalsim, feminism, lack of family culture and community?
Those rules and laws were done away with when Christ died on the cross. Saturday or Sunday is a day to worship God as a community. The day you gather doesn’t matter.
YOU brought deep darkness into your life, no posture or outside material thing can do that, YOU believe that and therefore you create that you bloody fool.

The simplicity of a Godly life is so true. Ive spent 10 years in tbe spirituality movement including yoga... So many things to do to get well and yet the most rapid healing I've ever experienced was in the first month of accepting Jesus in my life. It was effortless. I just leaned in.
Healing is acceptance and letting go. I feel sorry for you that you didn't find it in your 10 years prior to that. I found it after 2 months of deep meditation. Have a nice day 🙏

I didn't know why when I was attending yoga classes, but i felt not peaceful, and sometimes, i got nausea. I have stopped taking yoga for few years now, and have no desire. This video explains why; never imagined God was protecting me from all the harms!!
Saint Augustine said"Lord you have made me yourself and my heart is restless until it rests in you".
Simply stretching works wonders. My little niece was being forced to do yoga in school. Her parents had no clue the religious aspect of yoga. Kids are punished if they wear a Jesus t-shirt & aren't allowed to speak of Jesus or Bible BUT forced to practice yoga. That says it all.
I was searching New Age and many other religions for healing for a traumatic experience/illness that happened to me. Bought all sorts of books on Amazon and bought things for meditation. It led to lots of experiences with demons and near death. Through another scary experience Jesus came to my aid and I eventually threw all that those years worth of occult stuff I had. The word of God (Hebrew Bible and New Testament) and the Name of Jesus (Yeshua) was the only thing that brought peace from all the demonic attacks.
He gave me a vision of His power and me overcoming these demons. So now I know that New Age is a gateway for demons to have a home in people. Once they have homes they want to have sex with people. Sex for them is like what water is to us. Otherwise, in Sheol, they feel like a thirsty man walking through a desert. So expect sexual immorality and violence to increase as they lose more homes (people) to the Kingdom of God.
Note: there is increased persecution of Christians as well as Jewish people, year by year while more and more people are coming to Jesus...

My experience was the same. And after 29 years of marriage fell apart after 4 years of instructing Yoga, I wondered if there was a correlation. Because I changed. I was beautiful! I thought I was better, but now I don’t think so. Last week I threw all my books, crystals, and jewelry in the trash. I want Jesus!

It is. We had Yoga as an elective in high school and even practiced meditation.
Yeah, I can confirm as someone who is still in school… I chose to take yoga over basketball in PE during 7th grade. Luckily I know what it is now, after I was born again in 2021 ❤

It’s being offered as an elective in grade school home school program. 7 yo was not my child and not my decision. I pray for her. She thought she was a big deal electing to do yoga, such a grown up thing.

Thank you Jeff for this amazing interview with the beautiful Danna, I whole heartedly agree with this interview, from my own life experience. There is no peace, like being in the presence of the Holy Spirit. We don't need to stretch our bodies, breathing huffing puffing to seek the Lord. He is always with us, if we humble ourselves to listen to His voice. The love and peace in His presence is beyond everything in this world, and they are not deceiving. The peace of the Lord Jesus is pure, clean, honest, magnificent. ❤
The lord won't smite you for deep breathing. Some religious people are really just mentally ill.
There is no such thing as the Holy Spirit. Jesus is a lie and God is dead. But people are stupid and you are the evidence.
I knew Dana. We taught at the same studio. Glad we are both Christians now. I went from Protestant to catholic and am so very happy that everything I was searching for in yoga is in Jesus who helps us through his sacraments.

Catholics have repetitive prayers with their rosary, which is not biblical to keep chanting Holy Mary pray for us sinners, and your confessing your sins to a man of the flesh, there’s also many demonic symbolism in catholic worship, like the pedo symbols and the all seeing eye is evil. I will pray that you turn to Jesus Christ for your salvation and not the priests in sheep’s clothing or the rosary. You can go straight to Jesus for confession, Jesus said in John 14:6 “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the father except through me” God Bless you from an ex Catholic.

Love you and your guest. I can relate to many things that you both went through but I was not as entrenched or sold on New Age. I was living in Berkeley in 73 to 75 and all this stuff was out there. I went to the ashrams for the food and tolerated very little of the rules. I was just a visitor passing through but went down some simiar paths with yoga and cleansing and all the stuff and there was a never ending line of cults seeking to swoop you in. I never joined any of them and Thank God for that. I knew Jesus and was solid iwth him and the Bible and became born again summer of 1980 and looking forward every day and getting prepared for the wedding!
Praise the Lord Jesus for people like you sharing the Truth through this video. I have a neighbour who practices yoga in a "church" - in an architecturally traditional church but one that is known for it's falsehoods. However, this convinced my neighbour that yoga is a good thing. When I asked him about the meaning of the yoga chants he does, he says he doesn't know what they mean. He does the "salute to the sun" position and I asked him how that was not worshipping a deity. He said that it's just saying "hello" to the sun. People have been sold the lie -
'Saying hello to the sun'?.. Its called Surya namaskar in India. Sun is one of the deities in Hinduism. The 12 asanas is dedicated to the hindu sun god, Surya.

I used to do yoga, but now I have discovered Essentrics and it is such a lifestyle now, I haven't looked back and it isn't in conflict with my faith! ❤️

what's wrong with praising Jesus's Mother? She was an instrument that God used to bring us Jesus. That's what we are praising in Our Lady - not a godes but abundance of God's mercy and grace. She calls herself 'Immaculate Conception' - meaning: I would be no one if God didn't create me in the womb and if God didn't give me this grace. That's the truth about praising Our Lady - it's about praising God and only God.

I did yoga for years, loved it, and had no idea what was really behind it. I never was comfortable with the idea of chanting and so forth. Yoga is a perfect example of how easily I and others can be deceived. It's probably the same way in freemasonry and false religion and other things where one can be falsely led to believe we are doing something harmless or even good for ourselves. I would just say to everyone, read the 66 books of the bible for yourself, search and knock on the door, and the Lord will answer. He seeks a relationship with us directly. We are all searching, but the secret of life is we were never created to die, and by accepting Jesus as Lord and Savior, we no longer have to perish.

Yoga is the only exercise I have found that helps me to breathe, balance, move and keep flexible and strong. It links up with the para sympathetic nervous system so weight melts off, rather than being all tense and wound up at the gym. If someone can present me with a better form of exercise, I am all ears.
Why not do regular stretches instead of a demonic art?
I was wondering about my wife’s 26 + 2 hot yoga class, so I went. There was nothing said that was new age or religious in any way. In my opinion it was just another form of exercise and to help sweat out impurities. My wife refuses to go to the the other yoga classes where she says there are new age or Hindu influences. I personally prefer to lift weights. I have been a dedicated bible believing born again Christian for decades, and we need to be “wise as serpents, yet gentle as a dove”. If your yoga is new age, or Hindu based, by all means stay away. But we don’t have to live in fear over everything. As a young man when I first became a Christian, there where those that would say to me for example “don’t listen to music unless it’s Christian, don’t where a cross, don’t watch movies, don’t drink wine, don’t, don’t don’t. But as I became mature in the Lord I realized Christ did not give us a “spirt of fear, but of power, love and a sound mind”.
Bottom line, if your afraid or unsure, don’t do it. If it is new age or Hindu influenced don’t go. If you already go and it just appears to be just another form of exercise, don’t worry about it. ‘Greater his he that is in you, than he that is in the world”.
Yoga (any sort) cannot be separated from Hinduism. It reels a person in, looking innocuous to start. I did it for 17 years until Jesus saved me.

If they are chanting to some guru from thousands of years ago, it a no-go for me. If the class is just about focused breathing, stretching, relaxing, I go.

I am certified 200 hours ytt. I was about a third of the way through my 300 hour ytt and I started realizing the intent behind my doing yoga as a Christian still did not take away from what the yoga actually was. I was looking for gentle exercise to stay fit during covid I just had back surgery a couple years prior and I got caught up in the New Age movement. I'm so thankful I never taught it to anyone else and I'm in the process of getting rid of anything and everything related to it out of my home out of my life. Now I'm choosing to do Pilates cardio and weight lifting instead.
Actually I think what really did it for me was I was meditating one day breathing just right sitting just write etcetera and I really did hit a euphoric State like I've never felt before and in that state I saw a white light figure start to approach me and I even said to myself in my mind oh there you are thinking that it was god. A couple days later the scripture that says Satan disguises himself as an angel of Light was revealed to me and I just about had a heart attack when I realized who I had actually seen. I think it's funny I'm using voice to text and it spelled the word god with a little G and that's exactly what it was Satan is a little G just like all the others the one true God of Israel is GOD.
I do yoga 2-3 times a week or so bc the stretching keeps my back from clenching up, but I stick to studios focused on the stretching and core strength. I went to a khundalini class once and it was extremely weird! Never went back. There’s so many different types, I don’t think it’s necessary to be afraid of all yoga classes.
if you do kundalini yoga wrong, and some how you open up the chakras you might have problems.
we are scared of what we cannot understand. God is one but there are various forms , some of them are very to your face kinda, like a scary kinda god,. Some gods are gentle , some are not. when your elements match with the god you believe in matches strongly, then that god will look down on you favourably,

I’ve wondered this, too…I’ve never done any chanting or anything, just stretches and strength. I may look up the “worship” poses and maybe not do those…yoga helps calm my anxiety and my brain and I can focus and talk to God throughout…I guess what I’m reading from others and from this episode is that even though you come at it from an innocent standpoint, it can open you up to evil?

@@stiletto696as i understand it ( from doing a lot of reading about it), modern yoga is a blend of hindu yoga poses and just basic stretches. It underwent a big change in the early 1900s. Prior to that it was more Hindu than what it is now, however there are still some types that are very eastern and include spiritual practices.
In saying all that, even modern yoga contains many of the original poses which are representations of various deities. Because of that, I decided to leave it alone. There are other great strength and stretching programs out there, such as Pilates.

It’s such a shame to me when any religion attacks another practice or religion. This creates yet more division. It’s what has kept the world in a state of conflict for thousands of years. I’m a lover of Jesus’ teachings, not man made doctrine, churches or hierarchies. There is so much to like about faith based people and we have an opportunity to unite, rather than divide. Why not spend more time showing the world how loving and united your faith is, rather than spreading a fear message. So much good is done by faith-based communities, but attacking others makes you no better than the fear peddling atheistic main stream media.
what a lot of people don't understand about true Christians, is that we truly believe that we have a duty to make sure others know the truth. Its a matter of eternal life or damnation. I am sure some people, even "Christians" are intentionally divisive when it comes to speaking on other religions, but the truth is that most of us really just don't want to see out brothers and sisters deceived and therefore suffer as a result of it. It's kinda like an attempt at stopping an innocent stranger from running in front of a coming train.

Then again, the English Bible alone has over 900 translations, transliterations, and versions, with more rolling off the presses each year. Then earlier this year I , heard in my spirit to pray for a YOGA teacher with breast cancer who has that kundalini spirit, but I don’t know how to say it to her. I will just say a caution on going the other way , too though. In becoming legalistic in avoiding them to the point where we give our too weak of consciences, unable to, with freedom and faith, do very various stretching or breathing which aren't necessarily of Yoga, aren't necessarily Spiritual. I'm very lazy about stretching regularly but it is SO impactful for my health and back etc. when I do, and some of the stretching can't help but be very, very similar to some yoga poses. So, just want us not to make unnecessary problems for ourselves in thinking just something like a way to stretch or position our bodies is necessarily spiritual. If you're a believer, obviously, our whole lives ARE Spiritual ;), not discounting that ! But like Paul clarified to the Corinthians, if you don't KNOW it was sacrificed to idols, it's ok to just not ask and just eat it ! Meat is meat, IT isn't demonic. That they apparently were supposed to have understood that the command in Acts was about taking part in that ceremony, or in that eating that meat afterwards for un-Christian, spiritual reasons. Apparently. That is actually was ok to eat it, only that if you have a conscience about it, don't do it, because you don't want to practice going against your conscience/hardening your heart, is my understanding.

See Father Chad Ripperger's (an exorcist) comments on yoga and, in some cases, the link to demonic possessions. That said, it is, as I understand it, rare. But it does happen. Certain yoga positions, and certain states of consciousness, seem to be the portal for some demonic attachments.
Before I got saved, I practiced yoga as well. Looking back, I see that it was a doorway into many sinful things in my life. I also remember doing yoga and I would feel a heavy presence behind me. I thank God for Him taking me out of that type of lifestyle. Hallelujah!

Yoga is primarily a breathing technique that can instill patience, strength, discipline, flexibility and peace of mind. It has nothing to do with religion. Christians and Muslims can all participate. People obsessed with JESUS are childish at best, and more likely insane.

I grew up with speakers like this in church so I knew it was evil too. Only it wasn’t and after a bad injury to my brain it’s been miraculously helpful where physical therapy doesn’t work. Now I realize these people at church were suffering from mental illness and teaching it to children 🤦♂️

Thank you. David talks about meditating on the Word of God. People don't realize that anything you do without Jesus in it can harm you. Meditating alone is not evil. It's what you meditate on that matters, just like everything else.
I studied the ancient sage teachings of yoga meditation with Swami Jnaneshwara Bharati (a student of Swami Rama). I had a deep meditation practice, never doing asanas (that's not yoga) and had experienced turiya. As it is written in the yoga sutras of patanjali, the beings of light had started to visit me and I had started getting the siddhi powers. Then, I gave it all up a year ago and gave myself to Lord Jesus Christ. The VERY same week of my conversion, the demonic attacks started. I will just say that they started with Satan dangling the dead bodies of large, hairy beasts (they were not of this world) in front of my eyes whilst I was asleep. In my sleep I would recoil back away from them, startled, and, at THE EXACT SAME TIME I would wake up and find myself also physically recoiling back and away from them. This lasted an entire week until next, again in my sleep, the image of a disembodied head of a demon appeared to me again in my sleep, this time it was moving directly towards me, as if to say "Boo!" to me. It looked like the head of Dr Zoidberg from Futurama (without the tentacles on the nose), was dark grey, spongey and had blazing red eyes. It said nothing and did nothing else. But I instantly woke up with my eyes wide open and holding my breath in fright. It literally frightened me enough to wake me up out of my deep sleep and startle me into a freeze response. I know that Satan was punishing me for leaving his clutches and he was telling me so. The major reason I stopped the techniques was because that I had become aware of how much I was focusing on myself. It had gotten to the point that I didn't want to put anything between me and my practice, even neglecting my husband and son. I had become completely self-absorbed as I tried to find my True Self and experience enlightenment (enter the state of turiya). I did enter that final level of consiousness but it didn't come without a price. Self-absorption, neglect of life and relationships and encounters with beings of light who were giving me special powers of sight and premonition. One day, I just turned to Jesus and told him I didn't want anything more to do with it, I wanted a relationship with him. Once I gave myself to him I experienced a deep, indescribable joy that I wasn't able to experience in deep meditation and tears of bliss ran down my cheeks. I felt embraced by a love I had never experienced before and I raised my arms up to the sky, towards Jesus and said "Jesus, I love you! Thank you for saving me! I will never leave you. I am your loyal and faithful servant for ever. I am yours. Not my will, but yours be done!" He then allowed wisdom to enter me and I was given insight into how his light hand had been guiding me my entire life the WHOLE TIME THESE PAST 53 YEARS! I had never realised that HE was the one behind the scenes of all the decisions I had made, behind all the good and bad experiences I had gone through. Here I was, thinking God had put me through all these things for bad, when the whole time it was for my own good. Just like Joseph, who was sold by his older brothers to slave traders and 25 years later saved his entire family from famine. He had thought the whole time that God had forsaken him and had done it for bad, but then he learned that God had done it for good - so that he could save his whole family, and his loving father, Jacob, from death from starvation!! This is exactly what I too came to learn about myself and my life and why I was where I am in life right now. God had been behind the scenes the whole time, orchestrating my actions, leading me down a straight path to love, peace and security. Wow!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I never really had a steady practice in Yoga or progressed beyond the beginner level, but one day i was following a yoga video and it came to this part where you are on hands and knees open your mouth extend your tongue out and sort of growl like an animal. i thought weird but i will have a go with it and did it with gusto anyway. During that i got an odd sensation like something else was there occupying the same space as my body doing the exact same thing. I decided the cut my practice short right then but that odd sensation stayed with me. After that i started getting panic attacks where i felt like i was forcibly restrained and helpless in a confined space the only thing i could do to fight the feeling was to get up and pace around throwing my arms wildly about to convince myself it was nothing more than a feeling. It really didn't help much but it did stop it from getting worse...Usually. Fortunately i got over it. Either I temporarily developed mental illness right at that moment or the feeling something else was with me was real. If so whatever that thing was had NO love for me and a sadistic nature.
Opening a door
What you encountered was real; you gave a demonic entity a body with which to act. Demons are evil spirits that seek to occupy bodies. We are the ones that open the door by what we participate in. They are only too happy to take advantage. If you are still having weird sensations or impulses, askJesus to forgive you for opening that door, and cleanse you from that by His blood. Then tell that evil spirit to GO in the Name of Jesus. Ask Jesus to fill you with the Holy Spirit. He, the Holy Spirit, is the Spirit of Truth. He will guide and lead you in the way you should go. If you have never turned to Christ for forgiveness, and asked Him in, you need to do so now to remain free. I tell you, there is no one, no way, no truth, no real life apart from this amazing loving creator, Savior, and King. He is not dead like the " masters " His tomb is empty. He paid a tremble price in order to redeem you,( that means to purchase you back from the enemy of your soul) in order to set you free. Just like some abolitionists purchased slaves in order to set them free, just so has Jesus. He paid with His own blood to free you. Receive His gift of life. I gave regretted many things in my life, but surrendering to the God of Love? Not once, not ever. I cannot imagine going one day through life without His presence.

Talking about peace during sickness, I was diagnosed with lymphoma last year and went through four months of intense treatments with a peace that surpassed all human understanding. I was at peace with dying if that was God’s plan for me. I fought to live for the sake of my husband and family and praise God I’ve been cancer free for 1 year! We humans search for peace, healing and freedom of our own will and our own power, and we never receive those things in fullness until we give our lives to the Lord. I recently met a woman who left the Mormon church at 18 and converted to Judaism because “that’s what spoke” to her. She liked that the rabbi who married her to her first husband was gay and accepted within the religious community. She left one religion because, in her words, the life was too hard and no one could ever live up to Mormon standards; and chose to join a religion because it looked just like the world. In my humble opinion, what’s the point of that? It proves that we are all made, and desire, to worship something. I pray she comes to know Jesus and the freedom that comes from a life of following His ways and the eternal salvation that He offers.

A good friend of mine told me how she Cured herself of Lyme disease --- by doing one Cleanse after another: ie Full Body cleanse, Liver cleanse, heavy metal cleanse. About 5 in all. Each time she only ate what it said to eat while doing the cleanse. I asked her which one was the Best and she said that every time she did one, she felt Better.
