Hey there, considering doing this to my 2018 Hyundai sonata SE, I see the under bolts/screws and I see the ones where you have to turn the wheel to easily get to HOWEVER, many of these bolts/screws feel entirely plastic, like where you’re showing a screw top that you can easily just use a screw driver to undo - I have these plastic covers so I’m not really sure how to remove/replace They could very well just be covers to the screw’s themselves but I’m worried about messing with them too much before I know what I’m really doing Getting off work in a couple hours going to see if I can investigate better Edit: so I guess Hyundai opted for these cheaper plastic screws, to which we just pry them up with a screw driver…… I’d rather real screws but okay
Usually the wire for hood release handle is broken. Check to see if that's the case. Pulling the wire with the pliers may help you open the hood. The hood release handle is on the driver side
Great job ! Straight to the point and simple .! Thank you !
Glad it helped!
THANK YOU! So helpful and condensed perfectly

does this method work for all cars?
Yes it should
My problem is I can’t take the front bumper off due to my hood not being able to open. I think my hood latch broke.
