For that silver trim, if you start at bottom you will break the bottom clip. Start at underneath the top horizontal section.

One more note. I had a short (the bulb was fine). So you might try taking off the wheel well bolt and 3 clips and snaking your hand to the plug and making sure it is secure (before you go buy a $150 bulb assembly)

Couple notes to help other people. You don't need to take off the entire front end. You don't need to jack up the car. You can take off just the side you need to replace. 1) Take off the 5 underside bolts (you might only need to take off 3 .. the middle and two on the side you are replacing) 2) Take off the wheel well bolt/screw and three clips. 3) Take off as many clips as needed from under the hood (I removed them all ..but probably 6 on the side you are working on will do). 4) Pop loose the panel on the side you are working on (Just enough to get a stubby Philips screw driver in) and loosen all the screws. 5) Replace the light. That should be enough.

All push to start Honda / Acura vehicles have this feature. Same way it will not auto lock the doors if you leave a fob inside the vehicle. You can't even lock them with another fob if it sees one inside the vehicle.
