Around 1978 Dark of the Sun (or the Mercenaries as it was billed) was on UK television and I recorded the soundtrack on my tape recorder. Although the cassette had been long since lost, I did recognise it when seeing Inglorious Basterds many years later!

Music from Dark of the Sun, great movie, I believe closer to 1968 than 1978 as previously stated.
