@@eveliinatistelgren172 A lot of people will use that excuse...but is that really true? It might be more work but it can be done...or is it possible to use something other than harsh poison to stop the weeds?
I spoke with a friend living in another upcoming country, Ghana. And he was saying how it's customary in these places to offer gifts to people in the system preemptively so processes are streamlined when you need public services, is that also a custom in CR?
I really don't know...but I don't see how it could help. Anytime you can be helpful, kind, happy (especially when they are giving you a hard time) helps make the process go much better.
I have grown a few things...but been too busy building the tinyhouse to grow much. Soon, I will be building a garden house and then will be growing as much of my own food as possible and it will ALL BE ORGANIC. My neighbor grows a lot of veggies and he grows it all organic. He just gave me some organic plantains today. It is possible, but it is easier to make excuses, as to why you can't, or use GMO plants and many other things. Nobody said growing organic is easy....it's a Healthy Lifestyle choice. I hope that helps.
Hey I just started watching and then something popped up and had to leave. I had an important question I wanted to ask. Do you do any sort of freelance looking at homes if somebody's wanting to buy one? I know about American construction not so much here
Yes...when I have time. I actually answered that question live towards the end of the LIVE. Just go to the description below any video and subscribe to my email list so you can send me an email about it....or you can join the members community and we can easily chat in there. Talk soon.
Gotcha I'm a member of your community now just waiting for approval. I have so many questions now that I packed up my dog and my cat and two suitcases and moved here. LOL I did a lot of research but now I'm at the point of trying to buy a home. Costa Rican construction kind of shocks me a little bit.
C. R. will never be green per se.. Only the electric.. It is daunting how many vehicles spewing black gunk and never pulled off the road. They need rings, valves etc complete rebuild or scrap. But they all have a good inspection... Hmmm
We enjoyed it again! The house is looking so nice and festive!! We hope y’all have a wonderful Christmas!!
Thanks Pam...so glad y'all could join us....we hope you guys are well and have an awesome Christmas. Hope to see y'all soon.

Very much appreciate your mentioning Roundup and how much is used in CR.
It's sad that the chemicals are used so much...even on the side of the road...

Hi, can you recommend any channels that have something like a Co-op farm model? In CR
sorry, but I don't know of any.
Shoot I forgot the time adjustment...
This was a good one....I really enjoyed this podcast.

Yes....it is tough to understand how they get through an inspection.
