Hypoglycemia is the condition that which insulin level is below 75. 3 times in my life, but one time was so much sleepy because my insulin level was 45. My average fasting blood sugar is between 96 to 110. Which means below 120.

According to his written age he was born in 1966 and was 31 in 1997. He always counts his age 2 years less even according to his age in official records. He also claimed that he was 19 in 1987 world cup. It's ironic because he makes fun of Waqar Younis all the time, for declaring his age less than what it actually was.

      Haha true
I don't know what's the shame for him to accept his age. He achieved a lot in his career but still tries to show himself a couple of years younger😅

He is type 1. An athlete can never be type 2 st the age of 29.

He was 31, as his DOB suggests he was born in 1966.
Tbh, back then there was not much awareness about diet and fitness even among sportsmen(talking about cricketers in particular).
I saw an old commercial of Wasim akram promoting glucose D(Pakistan product, I don't know exactly it's name) and in an interview dated in 1993, hewas quoted saying that he regularly uses it after completing his training, plus at that time he was captain of Pakistan cricket team, had to deal with a lot stress. So it was all natural for him getting diagnosed with type 2 diabetes.
I remember he even used to endorse sugar free in late 2000s
