- In this video I demonstrate how the Thomas Aqua Plus multi function vacuum cleaner can clean upholstery, stair carpets and accidental spillages.
The Thomas Aqua+ Pet & Family vacuum cleaner combines multiple cleaning functions in one machine. This cleaner can be used as a regular bagged or bagless water filtration vacuum cleaner, a wet pick up cleaner, carpet and upholstery shampooer plus a hard floor cleaner.

Thank you for the demonstration which is really helpful for me as l just got same machine. Cheers!!!
Very good and thorough review, thanks 😀 Can the machine run only with the pump without activating the suction?
Long time I've waiting for this Thomas Vacuum demo
Very difficult to get past the Halloween colors, but what a handsome beautifully designed machine. Coffee and berry stains are nearly impossible to remove, especially coffee. A friend spilt coffee on a carpeted floor mat in her brand new car and I tried everything to get it out to no avail. (Not that I'd allow drinks in MY car...).
Hi Roger great first part of the review
Perhaps if they supplied a small nozzle with a spin scrub head for those stubborn stains it may do better
Been waiting for this glad its uploaded now🙌
Do you recommend Thomas or George the vacuum?
This gave me flash backs of the hoover hydropower. (The shape, the fact It uses water as a filter etc.) NEVER AGAIN
This German made cleaner is nothing like the Hoover Hydropower.
@@ibaisaicdefinitely
Always use matching sox when using a vacuum ! LOL
Great video!
Is there a video for Dry Vacuuming and Hard Floors with Thomas?
Not yet!
@@ibaisaic still waiting
@@sneikiusas lol
Hi, thanks for your video.
Would you recommend this machine over the Bissell Hydroclean complete?
Anytime... Bissell is made in China. Got the Spotclean and its cheaply made. It also has maybe a third of the suction of this machine.
You made no mention of that it is made in Germany, or that it seems to have the unusual feature of allowing the pump to run without the suction motor being switched on, so you could just use it as a spray, with the vacuum turned off? If anything I have said is wrong please correct me.
This is not the only video I have made on the Thomas vacuum and I believe I mention it's made in Germany in the unboxing video. The feature of using the pump without the suction motor is not unusual as most of the pump operated carpet washers I have can do this, even models from the 1990s.
I need help. I founded this machine in my country and I want to buy something. I want to earn money with that. I found this:
Thomas Multi Clean X10 and Karcher 3001
What is your recommendation? Thanks
If you want to earn money by cleaning you need to buy a commercial model as the domestic machines will not stand repeated heavy duty use.
what are the costs for Vax Spotwash Portable Spot cleaner? {ibaisaic}
From £100 to £120. Link to Amazon below the video.
It will be better if you can include the prices for every item you demonstrate.
I don’t show prices as they change all the time and they will vary from country to country. If it’s available on Amazon I put a link below the video.
Yeah, the mieles cost somewhere around 250$ here, whereas in the states they are close to a grand.
Hi, its been a while and I take it you are not going to make any more videos about the Thomas Aqua Plus vacuum cleaner. This is a pity because there are not many good comparisons of this vacuum and this brand to other brands for geeky internet shoppers.
If you are not going to make any more videos on it, can you please write a small objective review on it for me, I am thinking of purchasing this model and am seeking validation =).
Btw, they also have an interesting multi cyclone boxes for this type of vacuum called Dry Box, from the little subjective reviews ive seen on the internet their cyclone technology is performing above average, too bad there are no objective, more experimental reviews on this brand because it is largely missing in the western markets.
I will be making another video when it’s convenient for me because I want to sell it. I’m not a huge fan of this machine but then it doesn’t suit my home. If you have mainly hard floors it could be worth considering.
@@ibaisaic thank you for answering, does it do bad on carpets?
I'm looking for a high quality universal vacuum, for vacuuming a small apartment with hard floors and carpets. I want the washing feature because I have a small child and a cat, so I want the capability of cleaning furniture and carpets of spills. I'm in Europe btw so we have different brands here compared to the US, Samsung, Thomas and Carcher and dyson are the most prevalent. No Henry's here, and Hoover's are rare, meilies are sold here but they are very expensive.
Also I'm mainly interested In the dry box accessory they sell, for me it seems like a good engineering solution and it seems to have better cyclone filtration then most vacuums if have researched.
Would you say this vacuum would make a good universal vacuum?
I agree there's hardly any English reviews out there on this vacuum and brand
Have you also starred in Breaking Bad? :D
I have this machine when i want to suck the water back up. there a bitt of water in the reservoir but that it not like your video where you can suck all water back up
😢
🤨 - I wonder how the water is separated from the air; how they flow through the tank and how the overfill float cuts off the air/vacuum. Unfortunately the transparent part of that tank is hidden by the vacuums body, we can only see the top where the air comes out through the transparent dust bag lid. With those upright carpet washers that have the transparent dirty tank - you can see the water being separated from the air and how it flows into it.
I believe the way they do it is simply by having a slow air path. All the grilles on the top of the tank mean that the air coming out of the tank is moving slowly in comparison to the air going in, the water stays in the compartment via gravity.
The milk and orange stain looks like a mustard stain
I love my numatic George this seems very similar i like George becouse lots of accident happen with wine coke and orange juice 🥤
Has anyone tried using normal high-quality soap in their machine? The bissell cleaning solution is quite expensive and there are most likely better and cheaper alternatives available.
You can use any solution as long as it’s low foaming and designed for carpet washers. Saying that, I recently used a clothes detergent pod inside this Thomas and it worked fine, removing an old coffee stain from my carpet.
@@ibaisaic Ah thanks a lot! I plan on selling my Spotclean pro and replacing it with this machine since its made in Germany and not in China. My other antistatic festool extractor is made here too and its a beast. I was shocked to see that i was not subscribed given how frequently i visit this channel. Cheers!
Hello ibaisaic, good day. Can I have an email to contact you? I sincerely invite you to review our cordless vacuum cleaners and handheld vacuum cleaners.
No thank you.
@@ibaisaic OK, thanks for your reply.
English please?
